BB curve 9300 device not getting BIS Push notification message. Last week its working fine,But this week its not getting any push message.It is registered in push server but not getting push.
View 2 Repliesi just updated my operating system for my 9300 curve to version 6 and i have 2 email address both under hotmail which were previously setup. well in the setup wizard i found it strange that i couldn't select internet mail account. and when i go into messages and check inbox management. there is no email addresses listed under email accounts.

i have updated sofware in device and desktop both. i have tried Google Mobile Sync, but i am unable to fetch all the field contacts a indvidua entry i.e i have got only default no. [home, work, mobile 2 are left] only one no.
I have recently taken a new curve 9300 of OS6. I am facing a peculiar problem, though i am receiving repeated messages from an individual or several people, few SMS messages in the middle are getting disappeared and the latest of them are being displayed.

When it came back, the OS was upgraded to 6.0 from 5.0. All is fine except now the text messages are getting deleted after few days. What remains is the name of the sender in green with no message in it. Even in settings, I have kept "forever" in the tab "Days to keep messages".

I have a yahoo email account that is forwarded to the blackberry device.My carrier is AT&T. I tried taking out the SIM card, taking out the battery etc. but nothing seems to be working. View 3 Replies View RelatedI have aCurve 8330. ! have used Outlook Web Access (now App) to get e-mail from my job for more than a year. Last week I got a message that I needed to confirm my password. I was unable to get the system/phone to accept it so I deleted the e-mail address & attempted to set it up from scratch. I have spent 2 hours trying. My employer's IT dept spent an hour and my local cell carrier guru also tried for about an hour. We get a message that there is an error in the data submitted. I know my Web App info works 'cause I can sign on from several computers with no problem. I called tech help at Blackberry where the nice overseas guy told me "you can't use OWA, only normal e-mail addresses". (Since the set up screens still have the forms to do it, I assume he was wrong.) I have had 2 other e-mail addresses push to the phone for over a year which have no problem. (not going through OWA). We have deleted those 2 & reset with no problem. The problem seems to only be related to Web App.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a blackberry 8520, it is working fine.. but, strange thing happend though..chronogically its like this..compose an email,write the recipient addresstype the subjectand write whatever messages right.. and so, i would like to attach a file (.doc file)so i press the menu button and choose "attach file"however, the notification poped up saying "The attachment file may be reduced in size."then it just ask me to select pictures from my pictures directory only, and i was unable to browse my .doc file that is located in my documents directory, since there is no "up" option in the menu.
View 8 Replies View RelatedJust started having this problem in the last week. My 8330 won't give me any of my new emails unless I "wake it up" by using the internet. The minute I surf somewhere it'll pop up every single email since the last time I used the net. So for example, I go to bed, and the next morning it won't be showing me any of the emails I received overnight (and I get several every night). If I use the internet to go to to a website, they all come through, bam bam bam.
Also, brand new problem. Just now I tried uploading some things to twitpic and they still haven't gone through. I sent two twitpic emails to my account over an hour ago. Both outgoing emails have clocks beside them (not marked delivered). Twitpic worked 10 hours ago... what is going on?

I bought the device a month ago and had a brand new battery installed in no later than yesterday.Battery life is about 3 to 5 hours at the very best, whilst I am not using any specific 3rd party application.In addition, the "clock" apprears on a very frequent basis, slowing the system dramatically.I do not have any files saved on the media card ... Wi-fi has been disabled already as have Bluetooth. LAt, connection the mobile network is fine so I do not believe it has to do with the device desperately seeking connection.PS: I am based in France with SFR being my provider.

However,Things I have tried so far: I have used the desktop software's upgrade function to upgrade but every time I get the message that, there is no upgrade available. I also downloaded my carrier (MTN - South Africa) specific software the "9300M_PBr6.0.0_rel1879_PL6.6.0.124_A6.0.0.448" file and installed it onto my computer. I then connected my BB and tried to upgrade but was still unsuccessful.
