Oct 17, 2011i just updated my operating system for my 9300 curve to version 6 and i have 2 email address both under hotmail which were previously setup. well in the setup wizard i found it strange that i couldn't select internet mail account. and when i go into messages and check inbox management. there is no email addresses listed under email accounts.

May 3, 2012I am using BB curve 9300 3G, and OS 6.0. Around 2 months back, I was having issue with my BB so sent it to service center. When it came back, the OS was upgraded to 6.0 from 5.0. All is fine except now the text messages are getting deleted after few days. What remains is the name of the sender in green with no message in it. Even in settings, I have kept "forever" in the tab "Days to keep messages".

Apr 6, 2010So I upgraded to .607 today via OTA and when I try to change my ringtone it says invalid ringtone make another selection. The crazy thing is it does it even when I select a ringtone that came on the device. It does it with all of them. May 12, 2012Since the Update to ICS the ringtone settings of my neoV (SI: 1254-4760) has been behaving odd: I usually set my phone to vibration only, but once the phone has been used for media playback or as alarm (using the app Alarm Droid), the ringtone setting changes to sound activated without any input from the user to do so. In previous versions the media volume was separated from ringtone volume. I see 3 possible reasons for this behavior: I need to change a setting. The volume management has been changed for ICS.

Mar 31, 2012My voicemail messages suddenly won't open. When I try to play new ones, the time bar (the one that moves as the voicemail plays) drops the actual voicemail's lenght and shows "0:00", then it acts like it is loading, but the voicemail DISAPPEARS!! Not good, especially if it was actually an important message. This does not appear to be a carrier issue, this seems to be an Apple issue.
