Two-three days ago I could send emails new, reply to older ones, etc,Today my Tour just will not send new emails. I can reply to older ones...I cn SMS and MMS.When I try to send...The only option offered is to "save as draft" and when I do...the email address is wiped or missing.
I'm on OS 5 Verizon.
I haven't changed any settings recently. I've pulled the battery several times.
Since upgrading to the 5.0 software I no longer have the option to send media via bluetooth. Can anyone provide guidance on how to get this feature back?

I mean I cant have like all messages separetly, they all go to 1 message like a chat and I cant answer to just 1 person. I saw some videos that send me to options, sms and email inbox, but I dont have that option. What can I do plz help me.

This morning I went to start a new email and usually I type the first letter and all contacts starting with a letter J for example will come up - - But nothing comes up! I checked my phonebook and all contacts are in there like normal, but my email won't pick any up. I can type the whole name of a person I want to email and it's not linking it to my contact list/phone book like normal.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI have been using the blackberry services from Airtel on my TOUR 9630 from the last 5 - 6 months with no issues. I have a prepaid connection and I usually recharge my account with sufficient balance so that the blackberry services are automatically renewed. However, I missed to re-charge last month and thereby the service was de-activated.
I tried to re-activate to the service 3 days back and I also got a succesfully activated message from Airtel. But my mails were still not synced also I was unable to send any mails.
On contacting the Airtel Blackberry Customer Service I got to know that blackberry services are no longer supported on 9630 model and the amount that has been deducted already can be used if I move my sim to a different blackberry device. This is definitely not acceptable.
Has blackberry actually discontinued its service for TOUR 9630 ? If so what will the existing users do ? And why at all the amount is deducted if the model is not supported at all ?
I used to own beyond160, it stopped working when I went to OS5.419, anyway.Yesterday, Monday, I was typing an SMS, I dropped by phone, but when I picked it up I noticed something different. Underneath the name in the SMS where it shows the characters left in an SMS, it said "160 (1/6)". I was able to type, the 160 would count down, and once I passed the 160 mark it said "160 (2/6)". I opened new SMS threads, exited in and out of messages, was able to span texts.This support for spanning texts came out of nowhere, but I look at my phone now, and it's gone! back to 160 and saying Field Full after I finish typing.

View 14 Replies View RelatedSo today I had a unrecoverable 552 error and decided to just upgrade Sprint's 5.0 OS. Everything seems to be working fine, except now I'm getting the problem that the enhanced g-mail plugin isn't working correctly. I have it installed, but it doesn't seem to add any options for stars, labels, etc. It's listed in the applications page in the options, so I'm not sure what to do. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it countless times and did a battery pull after each. Does anyone know what may be causing this problem?
View 9 Replies View RelatedI recently updated my sprint 9630 to v. 5.0.0.1030 (bundle 1675, platform 4.2.0.451). My desktop manager no longer recognizes the phone when I plug it in. My laptop rcognizes that the phone is plugged and it is charging the phone as well, but the software doesn't work. It keeps telling me that it is disconnected. When I run update for the desktop software it says I have the latest version installed. It still shows that my device software version is 5.0.0.983. I have turned off my firewall temporarily, rebooted the laptop, did a battery pull on the phone and nothing works. It still does not recognize the phone.

When I click on the contacts name nothing happens, if I try to "open chat" nothing happens. The only way to send a message is to "Broadcast Message". I have no problems with email or SMS.

Delete On: Prompt
Wireless Reconcile: On
On Conflicts: Mailbox Wins
Any help would be really appreciated. I know other people have reported this problem w. different OS's on different phones.
Just did a battery pull with OS 5.0.0.419 and for the first time since the upgrade there was no email about registering with the network after the unit booted up!! Maybe it stops after a while.
