Apr 20, 2011how i delete a post from facebook. for example. if i post something on someones wall then i want to delete it how do i do it and if they post things on my wall how do i delete that.

Dec 1, 2011I have Facebook app on my blackberry bold 9780 and I can never receive notifications from my group posts. I always get the group notifications when I go to the mobile website, but this is annoying as I'm always having to check it every few hours. This defeats the purpose of having the blackberry app when I have to keep checking the mobile site for replies on my group wall. Why can I not change/update the app settings so notifications from a group post is sent to my email?

Mar 17, 2012A hard reset (remove the battery while the BB is on) seems to have worked. I say seemed since it has been reported on this board that it may return when the "service books" are updated...I'm new to BBs. I just purchased it today and against my better judgment installed FAcebook (FB). After getting a deluge of mindless drivel pushed to my new BB I decided FB was not coming near my BB again.So I found the icon - menu - delete. I restart the BB as instructed and to my surprise the icon is still there.I tried to move the icon into a folder but I don't know how to move it because the menu button does nothing when I select the icon and press menu.
And there are some FB messages too. I deleted the FB messages - when I check my messages it reports I have no messages in FB ... BUT there is a little FB icon at the top of the screen showing one message. This one message seems to be relic but I have no idea how to reset or delete it.I also tried the BB desktop software. It shows that it is uninstalled. There appears to be no way of deleting icon, moving the icon, or deleting the FB message indicator either.

When I try and delete the .ipd files it says "you need permission of administrator to make these changes." I am using Windows 7 and to my knowledge have full administration.

May 12, 2012I have recently purchased a Torch and set up two email accounts which both synch with Outlook. My emails are now being deleted from my Torch, although sent ones are still there. I have changed settings so email is deleted after 60 days. I read somewhere that I should turn off wireless reconcile, but that hasn't helped either. Apr 18, 2011I have a BB Torch. When a message comes in on my phone, it is displayed at the center beneath the clock. I click to open. Then just below where the box shows there a new message that had just come in, a "text message box appears". Now, then the message would be opened on clicking. It will then disappears to the inbox once read. If I go click "Text Messages", I will find that message in the inbox which is fine. I can therefore delete any message in the inbox.
The Problem Some of the messages will not be diverted into the inbox for some reasons I don't seem to gather. These though, when opened, will just show a symbol (smiley, etc.) but without any text. The symbol will appear at the extreme right.
