Enter since I set up my replacement device, I've seen posts on Blinkfeed about getting 100 GB of storage from Google Drive. It shows up multiple times on my feed, even though I already set up my drive space months ago when I originally got my One M8. How to remove it? I don't see it listed anywhere in the settings.
View 11 RepliesI don't know if this has always been like this and I've just not noticed but there is a ton of Google drive postings coming across BlinkFeed. I already have Google drive so I don't need to sign up, it's just really annoying. Is there a way to get rid of it?
View 3 Replies View RelatedJust received an odd error on my N5 when I woke up this morning, simply says "Google Drive could not authenticate. Please check your account settings.".
Yet when I swipe the window out, then enter Google Drive, everything appears fine (I see a couple of my files in there). Further, there is nothing in "Settings" in Drive that actually allows me to check the account settings?
I recently installed ovi maps but when I try to use the navigation feature it tell me my license has expired. It's because there's an old trial license for walk and drive still on my phone. Is there a way to remove this license? I can't seem to find where to remove it anywhere

View 12 Replies View RelatedI've always been able to connect my phone to my PC with a USB cable and have a folder pop up which would allow me to transfer files but for some reason I can't anymore.
When I connect the USB, my PC makes a noise like when a device has been connected and my phone says "connected as a media device" but I still can't see the folder. The phone is set to connect as Media Device (MTP), not a Camera (PTP).
I am dragging and dropping files in to the local DRIVE folder that installed itself on my laptop. Been doing it for 2 + years and all was working fine.I have just noticed that since late last year - or possible early this year- that nothing has synced to DRIVE on my HTC one M8 (... nor are they in the DRIVE app if i open it up on the laptop)
It definitely seems like a problem with the local DRIVE folder not syncing? (if i drag and drop in to the app on the laptop direct, then all is fine)Also, on the phone, if i go to the incoming screen and swipe down to refresh, i get "Refresh failed: please check your network connection". i am definitely connected to the wi-fi
On my galaxy s6 an upload of 1 file has been running since 7-7-2015....i want to stop it....not even sure what it is that is uploading.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have an iPhone 5 and frequently listen to music on it. The problem is, I have an enormous music library in iTunes. I believe it's around 50 GB or so. I've heard bigger, but unfortunately my library is too big to physically reside in my iPhone's storage (which is 64GB). I pay for a 1TB Google Drive subscription. Would it be possible to load these songs on my iPhone 5?

Rooted, kitkat 4.4.4. I like to backup my entire nexus 5 to a large external sdcard using ES file explorer and stickmount pro. After an initial copy of all files it would be nice if I could copy "only changed or new files".
The 32gb sdcard is formatted fat32 and although I can copy files from the phone to it my backup failed when I tried to copy large files. I get an error message saying that there isn't enough space which is nonsense because the external sdcard is almost empty! Not sure why.
In 99.9999% of cases I do not want to message someone on google+. Is there anyway I can remove all the google+ integration from the hangouts messaging app and use it only for sms?

Even if I try to force it, nothing happens so I figure I may just need to clear its data as that seems to work with other apps, however I can't seem to find a BlinkFeed app when exploring the All Apps section of the device nor do I find some sort of clear cache option for it.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI've been able to add custom RSS feeds to Blinkfeed, but how can I get them into the Highlights? Right now the only way to access those feeds is to swipe from the left and select each individual custom feed, which results in Blinkfeed only showing items from that one custom feed. Then I have go back and do the same for each other custom feed, and then once again to get back to Highlights.
Ideally, I'd like to be able to see the items from all of the feeds (custom and otherwise) in the Highlights category so I don't have to go back and forth.
The customization within Settings "Add topics to Highlights" doesn't give me the option to add the custom feeds.
I have owned my HTC One for over half a year now and am currently running stock 4.3 with Sense 5.0. Over the past week I have noticed that blinkfeed no longer updates in the background. I have it set to auto update over data and wifi, but it won't even auto update while it is connected to wifi and charging. I always have to pull it down to manually update recently. I have tried rebooting and changing the update preferences, but no luck. I really love blinkfeed. So, this is a big issue in my eyes.

I always get the group notifications when I go to the mobile website, but this is annoying as I'm always having to check it every few hours. This defeats the purpose of having the blackberry app when I have to keep checking the mobile site for replies on my group wall. Why can I not change/update the app settings so notifications from a group post is sent to my email?
