When trying to sync Outlook with 9800 appears a warning pop up saying "unknown application", but the sync, goes ahead, but with errors in times that appear with one hour off in the device. What does this warning says or is trying to say?

I use a BB Torch (NO keyboard model); I use Win XP?I have been using outlook for my contacts?I have been synchronizing the same with Black berry contacts over some time Now suddenly I am unable to synch When I connect the device and try to synchronize (from organizer tab) The bb desktop software on PC says "Sychronisation is currently unawailable for address book because the application(s) is (are) configured for wireless synchronization. Desktop synchronization for the above application(s) will be disabled.
I've opened the device and disabled wireless synch from Contacts -> Options -> Desktop -> Wireless synch -> check off, still nothing happens ? I've logged off and on the computer what else should I do ? Switch off device and reboot ? Remove battery on device and re book ? I also use my enterprise mail on this devise so I can_not_ delete all desktop entries from advance options?
The recent desktop software update has solved some of the calendar synchronization issues but this morning I got a new error message : Intellisynch error code 0x80040fb3. What this is all about?

View 13 Replies View RelatedI am a Blackberry Torch 9800 user. I have a notification indicator on my phone that I cannot identify. It is a white circle with a black background. It has a white, diagonal arrow with the end protruding out of the circle and the arrow end inside the circle. It has a number 1 next to it. It does not have red asterisk. I am unable to find a way to make the indicator go away.

It's driving me insane not knowing what they're.Tried to get the picture in here, but don't have a clue how. The first icon resembles a tape casette player icon and displayed in white. The second one shows a smaller version of the tape casette player icon in black with three little dots on top of it.

It is a light blue symbol, with a loop at the back! I have a picture but cannot work out how to put on here.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI am not exactly sure what happened, but I had about 69 songs on my Torch, and while I was perusing through my albums, I saw an annoying folder called "Unknown". I navigated into that area, and it showed zero songs. So I am like, ok, nothing there, let's delete that bad boy. So I pressed the menu key, selected Delete, and it seemed to take awhile to delete 0 songs. Finally when it got done, I only had 19 songs left. WTH? Ugh! What happened?
View 8 Replies View RelatedI have bought a Torch, but cannot get it to set up in the Organizer configuration to sync with my Calendar in MS Office XP- Outlook. My computer runs Windows XP. The contacts and memo will configure (although) they are posting to an archive folder and when I try to change that I get Error 0x80043bea), but the Calendar and Tasks will go through the set-up process, but when you finish it, the checkmark on those 2 Outlook folder disappears before you can even select the advance settings.I have re-set the configuration on the Desktop software a couple of times, to no avail, and uninstalled the Desktop 6.0 software and reinstalled it. None of these measures have changed the problem.Any suggestions?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI just recently upgraded the desktop software to the new version 6.0.0.40 and I can't seem to sync my organizer data anymore I've tried resetting my settings and then I tried hitting configure settings and I keep getting an error. The exact error that pops up reads "Unknown error reported".I know the BB is connected because all my media music/pictures/videos are appearing on the desktop software.

I started to get issues with it so I followed advice and deleted the other calender cical things except for facebook. Since then the bb has added a default calender to mirror the mail@tw calender....so I have duplicate entries for everything and I don't know what to do.....
