BB Torch :: 9800 - Syncing With MS Outlook 2010 / Intellisync Config?
Jan 30, 2011
I have a 9800 torch and I am trying to sync with my new hp notebook running outlook 2010. I ran set up and end up with message error: no outlook or ms exchange folders appear to be configured. please run intellisync config and make sure all selected apps have associated outlook/ms exchange folders. I am not sure how to run intellisync configure.
I've been able to sync my Torch upto this point without any problem. However, just a couple days ago, I started getting a message saying "Intellisync - Connector Specific Error".it is not syncing with the Outlook data.neither the setting of the Desktop program nor the physics around my computer has changed. It is the same USB cable.I've already installed the program a couple of times and started fresh but it didn't make any difference.
I have bought a Torch, but cannot get it to set up in the Organizer configuration to sync with my Calendar in MS Office XP- Outlook. My computer runs Windows XP. The contacts and memo will configure (although) they are posting to an archive folder and when I try to change that I get Error 0x80043bea), but the Calendar and Tasks will go through the set-up process, but when you finish it, the checkmark on those 2 Outlook folder disappears before you can even select the advance settings.I have re-set the configuration on the Desktop software a couple of times, to no avail, and uninstalled the Desktop 6.0 software and reinstalled it. None of these measures have changed the problem.Any suggestions?
I recently downloaded Microsoft Outlook 2010 and updgraded my desktop software to version 6.0, but now my BlackBerry won't synch. When I try to configure my settings, I get an error message that the operation was aborted. How can I synchronize my BlackBerry to Outlook 2010?
How can I get my iPhone 4G to sync the contacts in my Outlook 2010 (and vise versa) which is installed on my HP with Windows 7 64 Bit Operating System?Â
Hi, I just upgraded to the Ovi Suite 2.2.0.241 and I'm still unable to sync with Outlook 2010. When I go to the Tools->Options->Device Sync, Calendar doesn't appear in the list. Also, when I select Options->Calendar and Tasks, it says I need to have Outlook installed.
I'm running Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 with the latest patches, and trying to sync with a Nokia N97 with the latest firmware installed.
BB Desktop Manager says Outlook 2010 is not installed, although it is installed. Everything else (contacts, notes, tasks) is syncing, but not the calendar. Sync always worked until a month ago. Tried to fix problem by repairing Office 2010, reinstalling BB Desktop Manager. Still does not work. Why can't I sync my Outlook Calendar with my BB?
My iPhone 4 stopped syncing with Outlook when I upgraded to 2010 from 2007. I have tried about everything I know and have found on the Apple support site. I have 5.1 on the phone 10.6.0.40 on my iTunes. If its a bug, you would think it would have been fixed with the latest update.
I've been trying for the last 4 hours to sync up my contacts from outlook to contacts on blackberry. 1st I got an error "0x80040fb3"...read several posts on crackberry.com & fixed this, I think. Now desktop manager acts like it is syncing & shows complete but error pops up showing unable to complete sync. doesn't say why or whatever. ugh, i'm so frustrating. probably be easier to type each contact into blackberry!! also i tried to delete contacts from blackberry using the desktop manager & it tells me the device isn't connected, but of course it is.
When I update/change a contact on my iPhone 4 the change shows on iCloud but doesn't download to my computer Outlook 2010. I don't have this problem with the calendar.
I have just upgraded from Outlook 2007 to 2010 64 bit and now cannot sync with my Torch 9800. The error message I get is: Intellisync Cannot log on to Exchange Server. Please check server access or provide valid password.I am not on Exchange server just a stand alone outlook. This worked fine before the upgrade to 2010.
I have a user using a BlackBerry 9850, his email is setup using a pop account on his Outlook 2010 and on his BlackBerry. He ended up trying to synch to his Outlook 2010 so he can get all his contacts onto his phone but managed to lose all contacts. I will be stopping by to help him. What is needed to ONLY synch properly?
I am trying to sync my bb with outlook 2010 contacts and calendar using the usb and desktop software that came with my new bb. Unfortunately I keep getting a sync error: COL TransBase: FillDefFolderInfo: Unable to get default folder for Calendar. I get the same message with Contacts.
I've recently received the following Intellisync error while attempting to sync my Bold 9930 with Outlook: "Error encountered. Error code - 0x80043ac9. Check documentation."My phone organizer and Outlook no longer "speak" to each other, which is not a good thing.I'm on Verizon and I have 7.1 Bundle 457 loaded on my phone.
I just purchased a laptop with Winfows 7 and Office 2010. I downloaded BB Desktop 6.0 and tried to config the intellisync. Outlook app does not show within intellisync so I cannot sync to outlook data. Suggestions?
I have a new Blackberry Storm 9550 and I'm trying to sync it with my laptop. I'm running MS Outlook 2000 for email, calendar and contacts. I downloaded the most current version on BB Desktop Manager but when I attempt to sync the calendar Microsoft Outlook is not an option...
i recently switched from a Windows phone to the Blackberry Torch because I needed a phone that would easily sync with Outlook. I have it configured to only change the calendar on the device (not the PC) because I am afraid that Outlook events will be deleted. What is perplexing me is that when the calendar syncs, it wants to delete and add the same events, even when I make no changes to the calendar on either the phone or Outlook.I get the following:The following changes from Calendar Microsoft Outlook will be applied to your Device data in Calendar:934 Deletion(s)934 Addition(s)?
I never had this problem before. I was syncing my torch contacts with outlook. No problem. Then I upgraded the torch. No I no longer have a default contact list, only AT&T phonebook. I am no longer able to sync with outlook. I can even figure out how to create a different contact list and make it default.
I installed Google sync and everything works well but:
1)my calendar is not syncing (birthday's calendar is syncing but not the main calendar even I set him to be synced via google sync..)
2)i entered setup once installed the app but i am not able to get there again - the it makes simply nothing when I am trying to get to the setup in google sync app
For some odd reason, When syncing my outlook to the bb, it skips 122 records. ( My bb has all the records, but the outlook is missing records A through F.) Outlook now begins with G alphabetically)
I have a BB Torch 9800.I am using the BB desktop software 6.0 bundle 2647 to Sync. I have gone under Organizer tab, then the Select Organizer Data to Synchronize.I have hit the reset settings and reset calendar, memo, address and tasks and it says it has configured successfully. However, after I hit OK, it says calendar is "not installed"every thing is syncing except the calendar.
my bb was working ok and was syncing ok with my Outlook calender. The bb calender was synced to one of my five email accounts (mail@tw). I started to get issues with it so I followed advice and deleted the other calender cical things except for facebook. Since then the bb has added a default calender to mirror the mail@tw calender....so I have duplicate entries for everything and I don't know what to do.....
When i launch the synchronisation, I get the following message: "Impossible de se connecter à Exchange server. Verifier l'accès au serveur ou saisissez un mot de passe valide". Problem 2: Before, when I didin't get the Problem 1, I still could'nt synchro the calender properly because it was telling me to switch off the wireless connection, but the indication on how to desactivate it don't correspond to my BB menu!
