When I click accept changes I get an error message from Intellisync "Connector specific error" and synchronization stops. I have checked my wife's device (BB storm 1 9500) and this problem does not occur. I use the same USB port, cable, and folder with all the same options. I therefore assume it is a fault with my device.

My e-mail is a Windows Live account through Office Live, which I believe is a web-based e-mail account. This means, in order for me to get e-mail in Outlook, I have to use the Microsoft OutlooIk Connector. When I go to sync using Desktop Manager, I first try and install ntellisync through the Wizard and I get a “successfully installed message, but when I click “OK” the error: "Folder is no longer part of system data source or the folder could not be found” appears and I am never able to sync successfully, either through the USB or wirelessly. I have uninstalled and re-installed the Desktop Manager many times. However, I am receiving the e-mails through to my BB. But if I'm unable to sync Calendar, Tasks or Contacts etc. with my Desktop, the BB is not a lot of help or benefit to me.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI've been able to sync my Torch upto this point without any problem.However, just a couple days ago, I started getting a message saying "Intellisync - Connector Specific Error".it is not syncing with the Outlook data.neither the setting of the Desktop program nor the physics around my computer has changed. It is the same USB cable.I've already installed the program a couple of times and started fresh but it didn't make any difference.

View 6 Replies View RelatedSamsung SGH-t749 using New PC Studio ver. 1.2.0 IEC. When I try to sync Outlook Calendar with the phone calendar it runs out of memory. I don't know if it is using the internal mem., but I don't see a way to direct it to use the SD card. It also mentions that it is getting email info from Outlook. Does this mean that it is also syncing the address book? I only want to keep the calendar on the phone synced. Anyone have any input?

My other organizer files synch okay. I am able to make calendar entries on my device and on Outlook but unable to synch calendars. I tried everything I could think of.
View 8 Replies View RelatedRecently a couple of my board members purchased IPhones and IPads. And I have set them up the best I can. If they create a calendar entry on the IPhone or IPad it will show up in Outlook right away. However if they or one of their admins log onto their Outlook calendars and remove a schedule meeting the entry will not delete off the IPhone or IPads. I know there is a 15 minute sync on the devices but I have tested them after hours and days and the entries are still on the calendars on the mobile devices. This creates serious issues when people show up to meetings and destinations that have been cancled days in advanced.

I am using Nokia X6-00 16GB version in India and started using Outlook recently. Recently i got some meeting requests in my mail and they are present n Outlook calendar. I want them to be syncronised to my Phone's calendar.
My phone's calendar events are going into Outlook but not the other way...
The calendar is not syncing wireless with outlook 2010 calendar, I followed the instructions manual, but the option menu in calendar does not show any wireless sync option (tickmark)!
the only options are showing only the following:
- Calendar Display
- Conference calling
- Date & Time
- Accounts:
*email account1
*email account2
*email account3
#Appointment color
#display reminder
#number of entries
the email account is already defined as the default account for calendar (CICAL)!! My colleauge have 9790 using the same server, and the same setting, and the calendar is sync properly through wireless. I tried sync throug bb Desktop Manager, it worked. I dont have BES, so I set up my Microsoft Exchange email as internet based account. the emails are being sync properly between handheld and the server.
Is it possible to get the calendar in my blackberry to talk with the calendar in Microsoft outlook automaticaly with out using the cable to sync the 2 devices on desktop.

I have also set up my email account from work to synch via the web exchange but not through the BES.I really want this option as I know it is the better way to be set up, we have BES set up on our work server I just need the option on my handset to do it!

We use Outlook while on the company intranet and Outlook Web Access while outside the facility. The Curve is set up to access email via the Outlook Web Access.The problem I'm having is that when I send an email from my Blackberry, my email address appears as the sender rather than my actual name. Almost as if my name is missing somewhere and the device only has my email address to identify me.

some of my n8 contacts have many number within a contact. after sync ovi displays all details but once i check in outlook just one number is taken as i wish to transfer all contacts to samsung s2.

View -1 Replies View Relatedbeen looking for a replacement calendar app for my ipad 2 and 5S. I use Outlook.com for my personal mail and tend to manage via the 5S or my PC using Outlook. I have it syncing ok but it seems a little random as to whether new calendar entires created on the iPhone or iPad always make it to my PC.Â
There are clearly hundreds of options out there, however most seem to mention syncing with Outlook using Exchange which I don't have - I am just syncing via IMAP settings. Feature-wise, it would be good to have a month view showing appt details rather than just a blob, and to retain a scroll view of calendar.
I have a brand new Blackberry Bold 9700 - just started it up. I set up synchronization with Outlook and everything went smoothly. The Device Manager log shows that Memo Pad data was transferred to the device. But I cannot find the Memo Pad Icon (or the Task icon or the Search Icon...). I've looked everywhere. From reading other posts, it appears that I may have to reinstall the device operating system. Is that the case? If so, it's pretty discouraging to have to do this with a brand new BB.

I am not using a Calendar with a different tab name and my default calendar is empty. The calendar on the E71 is now also empty as I takes the input from the default calendar. It is there way to sync with a non default calendar in outlook (I understand that multiple calendars is not supported anyway)

My dad likes using the native IPhone 3G calendar for keeping his appointments. However, he doesn't use the calendar in Outlook, so when he needs to enter something into the IPhone calendar, he has to do it right on the phone.
What he'd like to do is be able to enter the info into a PC-based calendar via the keyboard (he says it's much faster because of the amount of info he's entering), and then have it sync the info into the IPhone calendar. Again, He does not use outlook calendar. So what I'm basically asking is this is there a PC-based calendar program that he could use that would then allow ITunes to sync his PC-based calendar to his IPhone calendar?
My BB desktop software is only allowing me to configure the calendar sync with one email account and not both. I have tried advanced setting and it doesn't seem to recognise any second outlook folder's calendar
