Sep 1, 2015I downloaded Outlook mobile. It synced email immediately, although it won't let me create a trash folder. It still won't sync my calendar though.

View 6 RepliesI recently upgraded from a Note 3 to an S6 on Verizon. On my Note I had my Exchange calendar sync'd to my phone so I could see when meetings and such were. But on my S6 so far there isn't even an option listed in my calendar to display my Exchange calendar and it's quite frustrating. I've checked in Settings and Accounts and it shows the calendar should be syncing but nothing is populating in my calendar.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI am having troubles getting my Outlook calendar to show on my S6.Emails have synced perfectly well and the account is set up correctly in the same manner as my S4 and Tab 3, however my calendar isn't even available for selection on the page where you choose which items to SyncI have removed the Exchange account several times and set it up again to no avail.

View 24 Replies View RelatedAfter days of searching I have been successf in syncing contacts, calendar, and tasks on my Samsung Android phone (Galaxy S5) with Outlook 2010 on my Windows 7 Desktop using the following tools and procedure:
Install Samsung's Android "SmartSwitch" app on the phone
Install Samsung's Windows "SmartSwitch" application on the desktop
Configure the Windows "SmartSwitch" application to sync the desired outlook data. After the phone and desktop applications are installed and configured, connect the phone to the desktop using an appropriate USB cable. Windows plug and play may or may not correctly recognize the phone, but the SmartSwitch application should connect to the phone's client app and initiate the data transfer.
On the phone, email, contacts, and calendar applications will readily display and update the Outlook data from your desktop. Unfortunately, accessibility of Outlook's "To Do" task list is somewhat obscure due to Samsung's non-intuitive UI and menu organization. To access Outlook's "To Do" task list, using the phone's Calendar app:
Tap the timeframe (Day, Week, Month, Year) text in the upper left screen header. In the resulting drop-down, tap "Agenda" and the screen will display an agenda of dated Calendar events and "Agenda" in the upper left screen header.Tap the three-dot menu icon in the upper right screen header
In the resulting drop-down, tap "Filter by" and select "Tasks" in the resulting pop-up and the screen will now display undated tasks in the main window. Although I did not see this documented anywhere, apparently the programmers define Events as "date-associated" list items, and "Tasks" and undated list items. To return the screen display back to Events (dated list items), tap the three-dot menu icon in the upper right screen header and select either "Events" or "All" in the resulting pop-up.
To return the screen display back to Calendar mode, Tap the word "Agenda" in the upper left screen header and select the desired calendar timeframe (Day, Week, Month, Year) from the resulting drop-down.
I noticed that after going through this process once, when the main display is in "Agenda" mode I have an "Undated" section at the top of the display. When "Undated" is tapped, the section expands to display all of your undated Outlook tasks.how to maintain the Outlook's hierarchy of folder names (the grouping of each task) in the imported data.
I am looking to sync my S5 with my outlook 2010 calendar and contacts. Don't care about the email (frankly I don't want to be able to reached at all times for work requests). I think the software that I want to use is Kies. I have a few concerns that I want to clear up before using.
1 - I do not want my phone to overwrite what is on the computer. That would be a disaster. How do I prevent this from happening?
2 - I have many different calendars on my outlook and only want to sync one of them. How can I do this?
3 - What else should I watch out for before syncing. I want to avoid any hiccups if at all possible. Losing the work calendar would result in some mass chaos for a few weeks.
I Just purchased the Experia Neo V, installed the Sony PC Companion application and copied all my Outlook contacts from my PC to the phone using Contact Setup. Now it is automatically syncronized to my phone via my Google account I cannot however sync my Outlook calendar via PC Companion. When I run Sync Zone it produces an error message (no explanation just error) and the Calendar sync is canceled. The contacts are synced successfully.
View 2 Replies View RelatedSamsung SGH-t749 using New PC Studio ver. 1.2.0 IEC. When I try to sync Outlook Calendar with the phone calendar it runs out of memory. I don't know if it is using the internal mem., but I don't see a way to direct it to use the SD card. It also mentions that it is getting email info from Outlook. Does this mean that it is also syncing the address book? I only want to keep the calendar on the phone synced. Anyone have any input?

*email account2

I want to sync (through Ovi) my calendar with my E71. Everything worked fine until I changed my calendar setup in Outlook 2007. I am not using a Calendar with a different tab name and my default calendar is empty. The calendar on the E71 is now also empty as I takes the input from the default calendar. It is there way to sync with a non default calendar in outlook (I understand that multiple calendars is not supported anyway)

I have the device connected to my pc with the BB Desktop Manager. In Organizer I have selected it to reconcile between Outlook and my device.
I am baffled. When I sync my Blackberry Torch calendar with Outlook 2007 on my PC, I notice that my device has 1300 events and my PC only has 1107 events. I can't figure out why the device calendar has more than my PC, and I don't know which ones are missing from my PC, or why.

My iPhone has always been capable of having a two-way sync with my Outlook but for some reason it's become a one-way only sync - from Outlook to iPhone. I've already checked the settings in iTunes and nothing works. Btw, I have an iPhone 4S and Outlook 2010.
