View 4 RepliesI am trying to Sync My blackberry 8330 Phone with MS Outlook 2010 Beta. I can not Sync to any part of MS Outlook (Calendar, E-Mail, etc) I always get the same error message "No available Message Stores". Does anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it.

MS Outlook 2010 Beta 32 bit

Blackberry OS V5.0
Latest BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
When will Blackberry Desktop Manager be able to sync with MS Outlook 2010? I spent £100 on the latter yesterday after discovering that Windows Calendar can not be synchronised with my new Bold 9700: the sync process ends with a Microsoft Outlook Connector Error message: "No available message stores". Burrowing into Blackberry's on-line support, it seems the most likely cause is BDM - 5.0.1 - trying to connect to an unsupported version of Outlook. (Article ID KB15564).
The result is no contacts or diary on my expensive new smartphone, which is disappointing beyond belief, since Outlook 2007 etc. seems no longer available.
I recently downloaded Microsoft Outlook 2010 and updgraded my desktop software to version 6.0, but now my BlackBerry won't synch. When I try to configure my settings, I get an error message that the operation was aborted. How can I synchronize my BlackBerry to Outlook 2010?

Sync always worked until a month ago. Tried to fix problem by repairing Office 2010, reinstalling BB Desktop Manager. Still does not work. Why can't I sync my Outlook Calendar with my BB?

Now desktop manager acts like it is syncing & shows complete but error pops up showing unable to complete sync. doesn't say why or whatever. ugh, i'm so frustrating. probably be easier to type each contact into blackberry!! also i tried to delete contacts from blackberry using the desktop manager & it tells me the device isn't connected, but of course it is.

Hi, I just upgraded to the Ovi Suite 2.2.0.241 and I'm still unable to sync with Outlook 2010. When I go to the Tools->Options->Device Sync, Calendar doesn't appear in the list. Also, when I select Options->Calendar and Tasks, it says I need to have Outlook installed.
I'm running Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 with the latest patches, and trying to sync with a Nokia N97 with the latest firmware installed.
My iPhone 4 stopped syncing with Outlook when I upgraded to 2010 from 2007. I have tried about everything I know and have found on the Apple support site. I have 5.1 on the phone 10.6.0.40 on my iTunes. If its a bug, you would think it would have been fixed with the latest update.

When I update/change a contact on my iPhone 4 the change shows on iCloud but doesn't download to my computer Outlook 2010. I don't have this problem with the calendar.

When I try to configure synchronization in Desktop Manager, I get an error message from Microsoft Outlook Connector saying, "No available message stores".
I have spend an enormous amount of time trying to fix this problem. I have read every thread I can find on the topic, and have tried all the suggestions. Nothing has worked.
Does anyone know what "No available message stores" means?Does anyone know what Microsoft Outlook Connector does?Does anyone know where the actual problem lies?Does anyone know how I can get this problem fixed?
My environment:
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
Outlook 2010 32-bit
BlackBerry 8900

View 13 Replies View RelatedI recently upgraded ACT 2005 to ACT 2010, along with getting a new server and firewall. Once the new server and firewall were up and running, I needed a new user profile on my PC. After doing this, I can no longer sync my Blackberry Tour. Desktop Manager recognizes the device, but every time I hit the sync button I get an "unknown error" message.
View 4 Replies View RelatedWhen I try to sync my Outlook contacts or calendar, the sync setup wizard fails with "No available message stores". Searching this forum and elsewhere it seems that there are 2 usual ways to solve this:
1) Remove the Outlook Add-Ins, which I done and rebooted.
2) Delete mapi32.dll and run fixmapi.exe which I've done and verified there is a new mapi32.dll in system32.
I've read that people can connect just fine with Outlook 2010 Beta (x32), but I not sure about x64 Windows - Maybe that's the problem. Did I miss another common solution to this or does anyone have anything else I can try?
Does anyone know what this message is trying to say? I have an Outlook profile configured so the MAPI library should be able to find it just fine, but maybe I don't understand what the message is really trying to say.

I have purchased a Blackberry 9300 and the very first thing I tried to do is export my contacts from Outlook on my computer to my new cell phone. I thought that was going to be smotth and easy, but ¦ surprise, my phone cant connect to Outlook!
This is what I did: connected my phone to my computer and went into synchronization setup for the Address Book from the BB Desktop Manager. A list of available applications is displayed and includes Outlook Express, ASCII importer/exporter and Yahoo, but no Outlook 2010.I found an article mentioning that this happens if Outlook doesn t have a MAPI client installed, but I m not convinced that this is the source of my problem, so I wanted to ask to this forum before embarking in some changes to my Office 2010 software.I updated the device softare to the latest versions, the device properties panel says Platform version 6.6.0.223 Application version: 6.0.0.600
