Jul 20, 2010When will Blackberry Desktop Manager be able to sync with MS Outlook 2010? I spent £100 on the latter yesterday after discovering that Windows Calendar can not be synchronised with my new Bold 9700: the sync process ends with a Microsoft Outlook Connector Error message: "No available message stores". Burrowing into Blackberry's on-line support, it seems the most likely cause is BDM - 5.0.1 - trying to connect to an unsupported version of Outlook. (Article ID KB15564).
The result is no contacts or diary on my expensive new smartphone, which is disappointing beyond belief, since Outlook 2007 etc. seems no longer available.

Mar 18, 2010I am trying to Sync My blackberry 8330 Phone with MS Outlook 2010 Beta. I can not Sync to any part of MS Outlook (Calendar, E-Mail, etc) I always get the same error message "No available Message Stores". Does anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it.

Jul 4, 2010I upgraded Outlook from 2007 to 2010 about two weeks ago. Since then, I have been unable to sync my BlackBerry 8900 with Outlook. When I try to configure synchronization in Desktop Manager, I get an error message from Microsoft Outlook Connector saying, "No available message stores".
I have spend an enormous amount of time trying to fix this problem. I have read every thread I can find on the topic, and have tried all the suggestions. Nothing has worked.

BB Bold 9700 :: Syncing To Calendar On Microsoft Outlook
Jan 10, 2010I am using Outlook 2000 on windows XP. I am trying to synch my bb to the calendar only. However it does not come up wih the Outlook option to highlight. I have copied the screen below as an example. You can see Microsoft Outlook is an option here. However on my pc/bb it only offers me ASCII or Yahoo as an application option? Where am I going wrong?
My old phone - Samsung Omnia - had no problem synching with Outlook Calendar. Interestingly, if I tick the contacts box, it offers Outlook Express as an application?

Jan 10, 2010When I try to sync my Outlook contacts or calendar, the sync setup wizard fails with "No available message stores". Searching this forum and elsewhere it seems that there are 2 usual ways to solve this:
1) Remove the Outlook Add-Ins, which I done and rebooted.
2) Delete mapi32.dll and run fixmapi.exe which I've done and verified there is a new mapi32.dll in system32.
I've read that people can connect just fine with Outlook 2010 Beta (x32), but I not sure about x64 Windows - Maybe that's the problem. Did I miss another common solution to this or does anyone have anything else I can try?
Does anyone know what this message is trying to say? I have an Outlook profile configured so the MAPI library should be able to find it just fine, but maybe I don't understand what the message is really trying to say.

Aug 25, 2010The contacts in outlook have only my new contact info (1 contact) and the desktop and wireless software want to synchronize with this folder. The sync works between the two devises however it does not recognize the loads of contacts that are on my blackberry devise. I have tried all of the options on the advanced sync option to try toget outlook to download the contact from the Blackberry 9700. How do I get these two to synchronize?

Jan 18, 2012Installed the desktop SW and synced my organizer from my phone to outlook. All is good. Made changes to address of my outlook and tried to synch it with my phone. That is when after all the setting were checked and it looked like it is doing it. I get an error message "during synchronization some of the records were invalid. Feb 5, 2010Not sure what is happening and I am no Outlook expert but doing a sync using the DW with Outlook and all of the organizer data moves except the majority of the calendar data. Only 6-8 items from my 9700 calendar are moved to Outlook. It is like it does not "see" the others.Anyone got any insight on this?

Jul 16, 2010Man do i need help???? i have search the last 24 hours for answers and nothing works. i tried the suggestions that i got right before posting and no answer.
just got the new 9700. i plugged it up and i am getting this message "usb charging current is not sufficient. verify that your handheld is connected to a powered usb charging source and that the proper usb driver is installed".
i have unistalled and re installed DM using the cd that came with it. i checked mass storage is on. i have done battery pulls etc. am using windows 7 and my usb is 2.0.
my old bold 9000, works fine. DM recognizes it, i can back up my stuff. i just need to restore that info on my new BB9700 and its just not happened.

Dec 3, 2012My device downloaded an upgrade "successfully"--according to the message that flashed on the screen. Suddenly all applications disappeared from the screen and this message came up "Uncaught exception:Application Registry.wait For (0x5364ff2940fa3920)timeout" When I press "OK" another message pops up: "Uncaught exception:java.lang.NullPointerException" no matter how many time I press "OK" it sits there frozen. I have removed the battery, reloaded, etc. Nothing changes. I can't access any applications or settings features so I am unable to reset or uninstall, etc.

Jan 12, 2010Just got the new 9700 and everything works except the app world. Personal email works, blackberry messenger works, just not the app world. I downloaded it and i get an error message which is as follows (upgrade your service to a plan that includes browsing and discover a world of possibilties at BlackBerry App World. Contact your service provider for more details). I have the blackberry personal plan, I can browse the internet, but the app world still wont work. I know its not a location issue because my coworker has the Bold 9000 and the same plan as me and his works fine. I have also tried unistalling and reinstalling the app, hard shock etc etc. So what the heck is the issue.

Please verify your internet connection or try again later, if the problem persists."
My laptop was definitely connected to the internet because I was browsing while trying to update. The Desktop Manager itself recognises that it is connected to the internet, because it scanned for updates for itself on the internet and updated succefully. But when it came to downloading updates for my blackberry handset. It became oblivion to the fact that it was connected to the internet and kept giving me this senseless error report!
