Torch 9800 when I flip the screen it will not switch to landscape.Can not get the the touch key pad to load. This used to happen after I switch to the slide out button pad but would reset on its own but I was never able to make it switch back just had to wait,both work a couple of days ago

I have had a recurring issue with my screen not wanting to change orientation when I rotate the phone. This is especially frustrating since the portrait keyboard is difficulty for me to use. I have tried resets, battery pulls and most recently a security wipe. While the phone will work properly at first, the problem eventually recurs. I am assuming that I may have a faulty accelerometer. Is there a test that can confirm if this is the case?

Very frustrating! This happened once before but corrected itself. Is there a setting that can changed? My carrier, Bell Mobility, was of no assistance. Just told me to return the unit for repair which would take 6 - 8 weeks.

I have the iPhone 5s (32GB) and the software currently being used is up to date (IOS 7.1.1). Â
My problem is that my phone won't switch to landscape mode. When I take pictures, it won't turn over, and all other apps, even when I play games like Temple Run, it won't allow the character to move side to side. Â
I have checked to see if my phone's orientation lock is on, which it is not. I have done a hard reset which did not fix it. I also did a restore where I restored it completely and set it up as a new phone, and restored it and set it up with a backup.
On 808 the gallery doesn't switch to landscape mode and is not possible to mark pictures in the gallery.

Sometimes the touch screen doesnīt work and sometimes is works but not in a perfect way. When I try to type some numbers to dial using the virtual keyboard some keys doesnīt work out like the back button. When I type the back button the number 3 appears in the screen.
