Trial period for the Syncamatic sync between BB Torch and iMac worked well. Have paid subscription via BBapps but not recievedLicense key number and am at a loss who to contact as there does not seem to be a way of emailing BB apps.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI just upgraded to a 9810. My favorite app from my old phone was just released for the 9810: My-Cast Weather Premium. I can download the one-day free trial just fine, but I when I try to purchase/upgrade to the paid version, I get an error message: "Purchase Service Error. (Error ID 30220). This happens whether downloading by phone or computer. I called the developer (Garmin), and they said it was an internal Blackberry error. Appworld confirms that My-Cast is compatible with my 9810. I have a similar problem when trying to get the 9810 version of Callblocker Pro (which I'd also had on my old phone).
I can download any free app, or any paid app that I haven't paid for previously. I've upgrade the OS, and everything else I can, to the current versions. Near as I can tell, something about the download process doesn't like the fact that I own/owned a previous paid version of this app.
I had to wipe my Torch clean and now my apps are gone. Is there a way to reload them without having to pay for them again?

Iam able to click on icons but the trackpad will not scroll. In my software updates it says iam due an update for '7.1.0 Bundle 2061', should i update the phone? could this be the cause? I have also heard that maybe it is due to my battery, could this also be the cause.

View 9 Replies View Related3 email accounts - all from different providers (Work, Home and Hotmail) BB is not receiving new emails and I can not send e-mails from any of the accounts When I go to setup - EMail accounts (3) - I get "Checking for updates" (3G full bars servcie also tried when the bb is picking up my home router) After "Checking for updates" the bb message is "connecting to email settings" then "Your device had a problem connecting to the server."

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have only had the Torch since Feb and the trackpad this morning decided to stop working. First of all it was goign hey wire and openeing folders up and sending e-mails without me not touching it and now it just wont work at all, I cant even click down on it.
what is wrong with it and whether there is a quick fix I can do without taking back to the shop. It should still be in warranty so not bothered about that it is just time without a proper phone.
I've had my Torch for 7 months now, without a data plan, and ALL wi-fi apps worked fine through my home wifi router. (Facebook, IM+, BB App World). A few weeks ago, they just stopped working through wifi. I can't even use My Rogers Account App..the only TEMPORARY fix is a battery pull, but they'll only be fixed for a couple hour

However, recently BBM and email have stopped working on my phone. Facebook, the App Store, WhatsApp, etc. all work fine, but BBM and email do not.
I have noticed that I no longer have the Blackberry BB icon in the top right-hand corner of my phone (where it shows wifi connection, etc). How do I get BBM/email working again?

I thought maybe it was water damage because a bottle of water leaked in my bag whilst my blackberry was there but that was earlier in the day and it was fine afterwards. Anyway, when the keyboard stopped working I took the battery out for a day and put it back in and it still isn't working. I put it in a bag of rice for 24 hours and it's the same. Whats weird is that when I put it in safe mode the keyboard will all work for about 5 mins then stop again. And everything else works but the buttons - the phone itself is fine and I still get emails but I can't open them because the back button and everything doesnt work.

I've tried taking the battery and sim card out, I've tried updating my phone (the guy at my location bell store told me to do, he's seen this a lot) but nothing is working. The touch screen is fine no problems at all i presumed that it had broken and that was that...then one morning my screen flashed black l(like it had been locked) and the keyboard started working then after 5 mins it stopped.
