My torch camera randomly stopped working. I used it one day and the next day it wouldn't work. It will work once in a while but most of the time wont. I've tried taking the battery and sim card out, I've tried updating my phone (the guy at my location bell store told me to do, he's seen this a lot) but nothing is working. I would really enjoy finding the answer to my problem without sending my phone away.

The trackpad works on the bottom menu items, but it used to be that I could use it to focus in and out (up and down).

I've heard that I need to press and hold the lock and home button at the same time but the thing is my lock button broke about a month ago for no reason either. My phone is past the one year warrenty. Am I seriously going to have to pay the big bucks to get my phone replaced? This is rediculous as I've taken amazing care of my phone, always used screen covers, good case etc. Not only that, I am expecting a few big calls this week that I can't miss.

Its been workin like a champ up until tonight.. received a call and i couldn't hear anything, speakerphone works as normal, but the ear speaker does not. Do I have to replace the jack? I have rebooted many times. When the headphones are halfway in, the phone recognised them for a short while but then carries on playing through speaker. I've taken the phone in for repair twice, but I suppose with it being an intermittent problem they've had trouble tracking down what's going on. Anyone any ideas why this is happening? It won't turn on, it doesn't have the red light when charging, nothing. I tried a different charger, tried the force restart, even tried the little yellow button and still nothing.
The only thing I can imagine is that it severely overheated and blew the engine. Nothing else makes sense. Is there anything else I can do beyond replacing it?Â
I have a Google Nexus 5 and it's hooked up through Straight Talk's AT&T towers. Yesterday my phone randomly stopped being able to use its 4G, so even though it shows that I have full bars I can't connect to the internet using my data AND it seems as though I'm not receiving text messages. When I try to make normal calls, an automated voice tells me that something has been "deactivated".
I haven't reached my data use limit yet (not even by half!), my bill for this month is already long since paid, and I haven't downloaded/done anything that seems like it could have led to this. I've tried a couple of other fix-it methods but non seem to work.
My iphone 4 is fairly new, I have been using it for about 2 months. It has been perfectly fine besides a bit kinks here and there, the usual things. But today my lock/power button randomly stopped working for me. My fone wont lock at all. I did shut it off by holding the home button and the lock button, but then I couldn't turn it back on, with the reason being my lock/power button will not work. It is not jammed nor loose.

Last night both my Twitter & Myspace accounts that are linked to my Motoblur account stopped working. I would constantly get an account error icon in my notification bar. I changed to passwords on both accounts, I made sure email and passwords were correct a million times lol
Nothing worked with Twitter or Myspace..SO I removed both accounts from my Motoblur account, re-added my Twitter account (which is now working fine) BUT my MySpace account is still not working.
I have removed it, changed the password, then tried to re-add it just like my Twitter account problem. It still won't work! IDK what is wrong, I have even tried without WIFI on
I get this error message from MotoBlur Account Management Screen when trying to add my MySpace account "Your entry is invalid, please try again"
Now I know this is false, can someone else tell me either how to fix this or is this a problem right now with MySpace?

View 9 Replies View RelatedI spent an hour looking for a solution but all I can find is all sorts of recent complaints about this same exact problem with no working solution. This only happens with the rear camera. If I switch right away to front camera it works fine. The camera UI comes up with a black screen where what you are pointing at is expected to be seen. Also attempts to use the builtin flashlight toggle fails to keep the flash on for more than a second or two. Which is about the same time to error message when opening the camera. I don't use the camera much and so the last time I used it was prior to the update to (whatever of these numbers is the one indicating it: build LMY47D, soft ver LS991ZV5). Oh sprint LGLS991.
I have rebooted several times, force closed and cleared data and cache for the camera, and from most every place a factory reset was recommended but didn't correct the issue. So I have not done one and without a proper method to back up each apps data (without root, like it should have but doesn't, oh man am I still angry about that) this has to be a very very worst case scenario to do it.

The only way I got the front facing camera to work is totally by accident, I found a work around with Snapchat. It I open the main page of Snapchat, I get an error message about accessing the camera. If I scroll down within the app (to see Snapchat profile) the front facing camera comes to life and I can take front facing pics..

1. The app opens and displays the shutter.
2. The camera icon then goes from black to grey
3. The screen then goes black with the 3 icons at the top (Off, Options, & the camera reverse button) All of this happens without me touching the screen.
Sometimes the screen goes black and sometimes it goes grey. I can look at existing hotos and play existing videos but cannot do anything at all with the camera

Got the new one today and I have tried restoring the back up onto the new phone and I am getting the following error message 'The back up cannot be restored to abc iPhone because the software on the iPhone is too old. Apple haven't sent me an older version?
I've had my Nokia 5800 for a year now, and recently my camera has just stopped working. I press the camera button on the side and it doesn't load, and even going via menu>applications>camera doesn't work.
However, after pressing the camera button and going via the menu, the green circle shows that camera is open even though it isn't.Sometimes when i turn it off and on again, it will take on photo then stop working.Does anybody know what I can do?
