BB Torch :: Can't Connect To Internet

I have the Torch 9850. I cant connect to any of the Blackberyy services. No Emails, no bbm and no internet while roaming. Ive spent two ours on th ephone with TMobile and they cant fix it.This phone is now completely useless to me since im always roaming.Does any know how to fix it?

Can somebody please help me out. I just bought a new Torch 9800. However I found difficulties to browse internet. I contact the local operator. They said, i need to ensure that the setting of browser is 'internet browser'. In the common blackberry (i was using Bold 9000), the setting can be found in this path:Option--Advance Option--Browser--Default Browser Configuration==Internet Browser..However, when i check the same path in my Torch 9800, I cannot find such 'advance option' under the setting menu (in homescreen).
Does anybody can suggest me where it is or what should I do?

my 9810 Torch can't connect to an internet, facebook etc. even with data plan services "on", I have recently updated my software with 7.0.. and it still says " unable to connect at this time please check connection servers"?

My Blackberry Torch cannot connect to the internet browser today. I am in Ajax which is just east of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The e-mail and maps work, but not the internet. I am on a regular monthly plan and don't believe that I have changed any settings.

I have a blackberry torch 9800, I don't have a data plan. I use a wifi signal with other phones, but my blackberry doesn't allow me to browse or view apps online. The error "unable to connect to the internet please try again later" appears. The phone has a clear signal of the wifi, i've tried various other hotspots, my other phones work perfectly. The blackberry says it's connected to the wifi, but no internet browsing is possible. What else can I do other than rip the battery out to re-boot?

My Storm 9500 camera fails to function even after updating software recently to ver 5.0. Keep getting the following message "! Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again."

I have been having troubles with my Torch's browser ever since I got the phone several months ago. When I try to loads pages it will maybe load 1 or 2 pages, then just time out and bring up the message - "unable to connect to internet please try again later,if the problem persists please contact your service provider."I have full coverage at the time when I am trying to load the pages. It happens on most pages I try loading, sometimes they load, sometimes they dont. I used to have to empty the cache memory, and then turn the phone on and off again to get it working again, but now even that doesnt work. Theres no software upgrades available according to my Blackberry Desktop Software.

I have a Blackberry 9860 with DU sim. In order to have access with instant messaging (BBM, FB, YM), i subscribed to DU's social blackberry service(1.50 aed/day). Usually, once i dont have a load balance, the service will automatically deactivated but once i recharge, the 1.50 aed will automatically deducted and my subscription will be activated. But last wednesday night, it was deactivated since i dont have load balance. That same day, i recharge and was expecting that it will be activated again...But i didnt received any notification that it was activated Until now its not activated. They just keep on telling me to wait and just gave me an exact time and it will be activated again..but nothing happens.

Am on a BIS service plan with Airtel Malawi.My bbm is working fine but my browser is not functioning.Under service status it is showing the following message"Blackberry Internet Service:Connection Not connected".I Went to my service providers they said that they dont know the problem and they can not fix it.They are saying that my device has a problem which they dont know.Please help.

I have a BB Torch 9860 which connects to my home Wifi fine but does not connect to the internet for some reason. I cannot access the net and get my emails or use a 3rd party browser like opera nor can i do anything. This is a major concern for me as it doesn't matter when i am home but it's amjor concern when i travel abroad.

When i touch my browser icon or my STL cardinals baseball app icon or anything that has to connect to the internet(accept FB icon, that one works) my phone will do nothing, and i have to press the back key just to use screen. take the battery out and put it back in, that only works for about 2-10 hours before it wont connect again.

I've bought a N97 mini and I'm very happy with it.However in the past week until now, I can't connect to the internet unless i connect via wireless lan.With GPRS i can't.I open the browser, it shows me on the top left corner the phone is trying to make a connection and then hangs up after 3seconds.

I am having trouble fixing my BB Curve 8520, I can connect to my Wi-fi (home) but everytime I use the browser it says Cannot connect to the internet. I recently deactivated my Blackberry Bold 9000 (v4.6.0.304 operating system) from AT&T since I ported my cell phone number to US Cellular who had better coverage in my region. I'd like to continue using my Blackberry Bold 9000 as a free wi-fi only internet access device and install the Google Voice app so my kids could text message and make phone calls via the Google Voice app and phone's wi-fi connection. While my BB Bold is able to connect to our home wi-fi network like in the past it doesn't successfully connect to the internet and gives me the following message: "Unable to connect to the internet, please try again later."

i just got an BB 9800 from att i have unlock it.i can get on the internet when i am on wifi but i cannot get on the internet when i am on 3g,i get a message "your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries.please contact your service provider to enable browser on your device."yes i have called Telus but they told me that the blackberry server was not transmitting the service book to my phone!

I got my torch 9800 on launch day. i loved this device and definately felt like i was upgrading from my old device (iphone 3g). as much as i love the capabilities of the device i have run into a few issues, specifically network issues. it all started on sunday when all of a sudden i lost connection to the blackberry servers(the little logo in the corner was gone..) i went to at&t on monday and they could not figure it out. apparently my service book for the blackberry internet service got deleted(i didnt even know what a servicebook was lol) so i went home later that night and downnloaded the at&t software and reinstalled the os and this worked. then all of a sudden today, my fb was acting up, so i deleted the app. then i lost the connection again... do you guys have any idea what could be causing this? im currently reinstalling the os as i write this.

I have a brand new E72. I have set up some email accounts and installed some application which has automatic update abilities. I found that it consume quite a lot battery when I enable auto update, usually I need to recharge my phone every 2 days. Therefore, I turned off all automatic update includes sync of email. The problem is that my phone still keeps on asking me 'Select Connection' if I want to connect using Wifi, WAP or Internet. First of all, I do not know which app requires the connection. This is definitely a UI improvement! How can I know which app requires the connection! I know there's a similar post here /t5/Eseries-Devices-and/E72-Keeps-on-asking-me-how-to-connect-WAP-or-Internet/td-p/637574 but I think the problem is different.

I have a brand new E72. I have set up MS Exchange, Gmail and a POP3 accounts.The problem is that my phone keeps on asking me 'Select Connection' if I want to connect using Wifi, WAP or Internet. First of all, I do not know which app requires the connection. This is definitely a UI improvement! How can I know which app requires the connection!Let's assume it is my mails accounts which try to connect (I have played with the Control Panel / App Manager). The issue is I cannot find how to tell my mail accounts I want to force the connections to Vodafone Internet 'Contract Internet'.
It seems that I can only select the connection point for my first email account and not for the remaining ones.. Is that correct? That's a bug.

I have a Blackberry Bold 9780, and I can not connect to the internet through WiFi. I am trying to access the internet through a WAP2 secure router. I have entered the correct password, and per review of the router log, it has assigned an IP address to my phone. However, when I try to verify the IP address on my phone, the IP address is 0.00.0.0.
When I try to access teh interenet on my phone, the error message i get is that my phone is unable to connect to the interent.Since I am traveling from home, I have truned off the data service on my phone,, but I should still be able to access the internet through the WiFi service.
