I have a weird problem with a BB torch 9800, all of sudden the ''Send'' button disappears when I am trying to BBM, I have to remove the battery and put it back then the send button will be active for 30 minutes and then it disappears again, I have sent the device for repair twice and they ve replaced it the 3rd time with the same model and I am using a BB Curve and there is no problem whatsover with the send button on BBM.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have upgraded from a Curve to a Torch 9850. I have had the new phone for nearly 3 weeks and noticed that occasionally the back button and menu button would not work. In the beginning it was once or twice a day but this weekend it has been an all day event. The phone is fairly useless like this. It occurs with all applications as well as text and BB messenger.

new Lumia 800, all is perfect with it except for 1 minor irritating issue. When I have typed an email or text I cannot send what i have typed by using the software 'send' button (little button in lower left corner with envelope symbol). Instead i have to press the capacitive 'back' button and then press 'send'. Not a major problem but its very irritating when trying to text quickly.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have one of the earlier 3G 8gig phones but it is in perfect working order/perfect shape/etc so I havent felt the need to upgrade. The ONLY problem I have ever had with this phone is that many times when I am sending out a text, after typing it, when pressing the SEND button, nothing happens. I can press and press and press and it wont go anywhere.
This only happens when I have about 3-4 other messages either in or out still in my box. There is no problem with my memory so the earlier messages shouldnt affect it, but they seem to. So, if i am having a conversation, I have to keep deleting all messages other than the last 2 or so OR i run into this problem. I had hoped ages ago whatever bug this is would be fixed by an update but it hasn't. And its becoming more and more annoying as I need to save certain messages but to do so ensures I cant send out a text.
I have an iPhone 4, running iOS 4.0.1 and sometimes I will link up my Apple Bluetooth keyboard to it when texting. Its great! However, I can't seem to find a "send" button? Like if I was chatting in iChat I would just push enter but in SMS's an enter just takes you down a line...so is there some kind of secret shortcut for the end button rather going back and forth between the keyboard and tapping the screen?
View 4 Replies View RelatedThe power button started to become unresponsive to turning the screen on and off. To begin with, it was intermittent. It was a bit of a nuisance mainly because I could not turn the screen off, but enough pushing and it worked. A double tap turns it on, so not real issue there. But as time has gone on, the problem has now reached a stage where its simply unresponsive, and I have had to change the time out for battery. I called HTC and they suggested I start in safe mode. This seemed to work. I had no issues with it, so I began to think it was an app conflict.
So I booted my phone as per usual, and began rolling back my apps. Eventually, the button became useless. It simply failed to respond, at all. I did a full factory reset, a full restore. No difference. Reset again without the restore (factory apps only), still no change. Now, the button must work because oddly enough, if I push the power button and the volume down button, it wakes up. In all, solution maybe something I have inadvertently done has changed the way the hardware is responding, I dont know. It will be better than returning it, going without it when HTC will likely replace it anyway. Other than this issue, I find it to be a great phone. Slightly better than the M7.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI know a thousand and one people have complained about this, and I've been scouring the internet for an hour and a half reading stories.My Blackberry Storm2 (bought yesterday) has that issue with the buttons (green call button and red end call button, at the bottom) where they just don't click properly. Sometimes it does, most of the time it's either a bunch of little clicks when pressed or it doesn't recognize at all until you press it twice or more.
Aside from that, the phone appears to work just fine, and the bottom button issue is just irritating for now.I just want to know, is it worth it to go return it for this problem? Is it going to get worse with time? I don't want to go exchange for another phone that's going to be worse off or just has the same problem, which has happened to so many people.
Does anyone have this issue with their Blackberry and have kept it with the problem and it's hanging in there just fine? Is this phone even going to MAKE IT for 1-2 years?! Anyone have positive durability stories?

I get 3 or 4 calls a day that I don't recognize and instead of just ignoring them, if I could send them to voice mail to see if they are legit enough to leave a message. I have Mr. Number because I do get other spam calls and I also get those unblockable numbers like 0000000 or 43 or something like that.

When I receive a new SMS message it shows up in the universal inbox widget. But when I tap on the arrow to reply to this message, I can type a reply but there is no send button. If I go to the actual message thread I can reply and send, no problem. But how can I get the send button to appear when replying to messages via the universal inbox?

Would it be possible to add a "send" button at the bottom middle for service command view?Service command is the menu you get when you phone a *123# number for example.Currently you have to select your number/option by typing it and then select "Options" and select send. There are just two buttons currently in that view (Back and Options) on the Symbian Belle interface. My old Nokia had a dedicated send button Anyway, would really make things easier because these type op menu's are used by the mobile banking sites and to check my cellphone account balances.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI re-set up my Hotmail account on my iPhone 4S (IOS 7.1.1) tonight after deleting it due to space issues. I have set it up as pop account with the previous settings but now to send a mail from my iPhone I have to save it as draft as the send button is greyed out. When I open the draft the send button is available and sends my mails as normal - what setting have I missed to make this happen?Â

I currently have a NE63 - 3 phone and is currently loving it however two days ago i started getting a sending failed error message everytime I attempt to send text messages and when I click on the details it would say not enough memory please close other applications.I have enough load credits to perform such activity,and i do not have any other applications running in the background,plus the phone memory is nowhere near full capacity.I have already checked the message center number and I currently have the correct settings,I have already peformed a reset but to no avail.I am able to receive text messages,able to make and receive calls,wi - fi access is okay,the only thing I cant do is send text messages.I know there are other e63 users out there who might have experienced the same thing.

I just got my storm 2. Love it so far. Just a question about the screen. It feels very responsive and typing is a breeze, But it seems like i have to press a lot harder to get the send button to click. Anyone else experiencing this, or am i just being picky?

The symbol of moving envelope just came up in the upper part of display and it didn't disappeared since. From that moment I cant send any SMS or MMS, I can receive them but not send. I tried to reset phone, change my sim but the problem is still the same - I cant send sms or mms and the symbol of envelope is still there. My memory isn't full and everything seems to be fine.
