I have an iPhone 4, running iOS 4.0.1 and sometimes I will link up my Apple Bluetooth keyboard to it when texting. Its great! However, I can't seem to find a "send" button? Like if I was chatting in iChat I would just push enter but in SMS's an enter just takes you down a line...so is there some kind of secret shortcut for the end button rather going back and forth between the keyboard and tapping the screen?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have an old "Think Outside" keyboard that worked perfect with my iPhone 4S (for years). When I switched to iPhone 5, it keeps dropping the keyboard. When I turn the bluetooth off and back on, the keyboard comes right back, but I never had to do that on the iPhone 4.Â
Is this a new security feature to keep people from hacking the bluetooth? Can this feature can be turned off?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have one of the earlier 3G 8gig phones but it is in perfect working order/perfect shape/etc so I havent felt the need to upgrade. The ONLY problem I have ever had with this phone is that many times when I am sending out a text, after typing it, when pressing the SEND button, nothing happens. I can press and press and press and it wont go anywhere.
This only happens when I have about 3-4 other messages either in or out still in my box. There is no problem with my memory so the earlier messages shouldnt affect it, but they seem to. So, if i am having a conversation, I have to keep deleting all messages other than the last 2 or so OR i run into this problem. I had hoped ages ago whatever bug this is would be fixed by an update but it hasn't. And its becoming more and more annoying as I need to save certain messages but to do so ensures I cant send out a text.
I tried to send MMS but the send button freezes why is that?

I re-set up my Hotmail account on my iPhone 4S (IOS 7.1.1) tonight after deleting it due to space issues. I have set it up as pop account with the previous settings but now to send a mail from my iPhone I have to save it as draft as the send button is greyed out. When I open the draft the send button is available and sends my mails as normal - what setting have I missed to make this happen?Â

I cannot find the equivalent of the enter button on the on-screen keyboard. Where is it? I always have to slide the physical keyboard open to press enter. It gets kind of annoying.

While I am under a phone call if I want to search the browser or sending a text message the keyboard will be unavailable so do the back button will become unavailable...
View 10 Replies View RelatedI usually notice when browsing the web as I use the back button to navigate back but can happen in any app. It will be working fine one second and then I try to go back after browsing a page it doesn't do anything. A quick flip of the keyboard in and back out and its fine again.
