BB Torch :: 9800 Speaker Is Not Working
Oct 6, 2011I have purchased Blackberry 9800 torch few months back. I paid around Rs.33,600 / - for the handset. From the time i bought i had problems with thehandset. It was keep getting stuck. I had given it to service center inbangalore. They did some resetting. But again it continued. Its keep gettingstuck and i have to remove the battery and refix the battery again. By keepdoing this, my back pannel has become loose. Now my handset speaker is notworking. My ring tone is not working. I gave it to the service center andthey said its speaker has spoiled. They made me wait for hours. They are asking for the handset for8 to 10 days for the repair. They asked me to take the back up of my files.Now im trying to download the desktop software to take the handset back up.But desktop software is not getting downloaded. I have tried with threecomputers. But it is not getting downlaoded with any of these computers. iam sick and tiered of it. Therez no online support or some custome care tosupport me. I dont have the stand by hand set for 10 days. Im not able totake the back ups. I have somany important data's in my handset. I amwasting my time trying to download the desktop softwareI dont want this phone. Kindly give my money back. i paid Rs.33,600 / - forthe blackberry 9800 torch. i dont want it to get it repaired. It is not evena year old. I want my money back.

I have tried locking the phone while talking, but still run into the same problems. Is there a solution? Do I need to just hold the phone 5 inches away from my fat cheeks? I know this is silly, but it is really irritating.

Nov 1, 2015I have had a white Z5 Compact for a week and have now noticed that the bottom speaker is much louder than the top, ruining the stereo effect. I am sure it did not come this way out of the box. I didn't notice until after the recent firmware update (32.0.A.6.152), but cannot know whether this is the cause of the problem. I went through the hassle of factory reset and the phone still has the problem. I haven't subjected the phone to any physical trauma at all and will be returning it.

May 10, 2015I recently purchased an HTC M9+ for my dad. This is the first HTC device in my family. The device looks good, in terms of design, premium material and overall look and feel. Its just one day, therefore too early to give feedback, although the camera and its features are amazing.
The only issue that I am facing is its boom sound speakers. The sound is very low. HTC M8 & 9 and famous for its boom sound dual speakers, therefore I presume, it should be loud. But in this case the speaker sound its crap. Whether I set mp3 as a ringtone, play mp3 in the music player or play youtube. Its not even closer to my Lumia 930 and my mom's Galaxy S6 edge's mono speakers. I expect these stereo speakers to complete outperform the mono speaker of Lumia and Galaxy smartphone
How can I enhance the sound? I have checked, everything in the settings?
HTC One X :: No Sound Through Speaker
Aug 5, 2012Apart from the GPS giving inaccurate results and no sound through the speaker a rather odd problem has raised it's head.
When I download an app from Google Store or use one of the built in apps and I start to use the app apart from no sound the phone will switch off and restart, however if I plug in the headphones the app will work fine and with sound through the headphones ! except GPS apps.

IPhone :: Speaker Does Not Work At All
Mar 26, 2010Today, I bought a iPhone 3GS Black from my friend for JUST $40.00! I already own a white iPhone 3GS but for $40.00 that was a steal even though it has a couple of problems. I figured I could use it as an iPod for my car since I was planning on buying a nano anyways. One problem is that the speaker does not work at all. And another problem is there is a small nick or some sort on the screen (picture below) but it does NOT appear to be on the glass, it seems to be on the actual screen behind the glass. This iPhone still has warranty until August but I doubt Apple will replace it because of the screen. I was just gonna take it because of the speaker not working but I figure they'll turn me away due to the screen and overall condition of the phone. Everything works great and there does not seem to have any water damage (I checked both sensors).

Mar 31, 2010First off, my daughter spilt a little bit of water on it - everything works fine on it except ear speaker. Second off it was stuck in head phone mode because of what she did I guess. Looked through troubleshooting to see what I could do and nothing I did worked. My friend who is familiar and works for a company that runs on Macs and he is their IT guy, who also has an iPhone, came over took it apart and got it work - even though he lost one little screw. Anyways, everything is working except I can't hear people or anything out the ear speaker. He even took it apart again and tried blow drying the ear speaker to dry water but to no prevail. What can I do? Also, I got the phone about 6 to 10 months ago. Will I be able to take it to the Apple Store and not have to pay anything for it to be fixed or swapped?
