Today i tried my password 10 times and it now has a white screen and says Reload Software 513. Verizon told me to load desktop Manager on my PC at home from blackberry. I downloaded the desktop manager but my phone wont connect to it.
View 2 RepliesI have had my blackberry for 4 months and love it.I had an upgrade for App world which after stopped working.I found no way of deleting it or going back a version so i decided to try the desktop manager to see if i could do something through that.I had another upgrade waiting for the actual device so went a head with it and now wish i hadnt.The phone gets to a certain point on the upgrade (net-rim-cldc.cod) then stops doing anything .It has been at this point for nearly 3 hours now. Phone now shows a white screen with message *reload software 907* but how as the thing is doing nothing!.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI have a Blackberry Curve 8530. Several months ago, during daily use, the screen would all of a sudden go black. A battery pull would solve this problem for a while. Eventually this became more frequent. Symptoms progressed (it seemed that if I set the phone down too quickly it would reset) Finally, the phone would turn on, then go immediately to a white screen where it was undetectable by my computer. I contacted my service provider and they said the phone was toast and (amazingly enough) gave me a free loaner to use for the duration of my contract (all info transfered via an old backup, so nothing was lost) After my new phone was working I left my Curve plugged in at my office. Yesterday as I was leaving I looked at the phone again, and the screen was white and telling me to reload software 507.
I plugged it into my computer to begin the process and to my surprise the computer all of a sudden detected the phone and successfully upgraded the software. All looked great, I got past the password stage, and was just going to begin reloading my information when the screen faded to blank again. I still have the free loaner phone, so it's not a big deal, but it's bugging me as to what the problem could be. As of right now the computer can no longer detect the phone again
I was wondering if you could help on on this. I had a password lock on my blackberry bold. Since I entered it wrong 3 times, it wiped my software off and all I have is a white screen that says "Reload Software 513" How can I reload my softward back to my blackberry so I can use my phone.

I turned it on a few days ago and got a white screen that had a JVM error 102. Called VZ tech support and they told me I had a corrupt file in the OS and asked me to unistall and reinstall. I have done this 5 times and still I have a white screen that has reset on it. Even doing a cold boot, nothing changes.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI was changing my password to a simpler one. I cannot remember the key(s) I hit by mistake (they were numbers). I am at the 9th of 10 allowed attempts. The manual tells me the device will be wiped if I go to #10. I've searched for a phone number for technical support, or a "Contact Us" option on the Blackberry website. There seems to be no way to access tech support. The whole reason I was using a password was to prevent inadvertent downloads due to the super-sensitve touch screen. I've been charged for numerous downloads that I was unaware I made, apparently while the device was in my pocket. I'm very disappointed in the whole Blackberry experience. Shouldn't there be a way that my password can be sent to me via email as there is for most every other forum in our lives for which we need a password -- at least without the draconian action of wiping my BB Torch 9800 clean of my data?

I've got a problem with my Xperia X10. The kids got ahold of my phone and tried my password too many times eventually locking it out for too many attempts. The phone is now asking for my g-mail account and password. I tried entering the information requested, but it kept saying incorrect login/pass. I successfully went through the steps in g-mail for password reset, but the phone still is not taking the updated (correct) information. Is there any kind of a reset available for this phone? I can't make it past that g-mail account login screen.

I changed my password on my curve, and I couldn't remember it and I got it wrong 10 times. It then said wiping and it wiped all my data. Luckily, I had a backup, however it wasn't very recent so I have lost a few contacts, but more importantly, all of my pictures. Is there any way at all that I can get them back?

So the only solution as of now i have - is whenever my blackberry hangs - i need to remove the battery - insert it again - and immediately put it into charging via USB/Electric-Power. Does anybody have any idea on how to fix this?
