i am an user of Blackberry 9500 from the past one year and i had no problems with it lately. Yesterday while uploading pics to my PC i typed the password incorrectly more than necessary and all my memory got wiped out. The only thing which i see on my screen now is a dialog box mentioning-"RELOAD SOFTWARE: 513".

But before that i have wiped my Black Berry without any 3rd Part Backup using BB Swiss Key. Now am not able to load the OS because of it. I cannot connect my BB using Desktop Manager. and my mobile has ended up with white scree saying reload Software: Error 507. Am so frustrated for being so over confident. View 7 Replies View RelatedI have had my blackberry for 4 months and love it.I had an upgrade for App world which after stopped working.I found no way of deleting it or going back a version so i decided to try the desktop manager to see if i could do something through that.I had another upgrade waiting for the actual device so went a head with it and now wish i hadnt.The phone gets to a certain point on the upgrade (net-rim-cldc.cod) then stops doing anything .It has been at this point for nearly 3 hours now. Phone now shows a white screen with message *reload software 907* but how as the thing is doing nothing!.

Once the download has completed for the Blackberry Maps Installer (and shows in add ons under applications, however there is no icon / app to run the Blackberry maps installer, and I deleted the blackberry maps app because I thought that it would be reloaded from the above proceedure. When the app loader goes to " load jvm and system sofware" the phone goes from white 507 screen to black my computer makes the disconnect sound and then it always sits and the app loader just does its process and then everytime it says device communication error A:0x0000000F > then the phone boots back up and says the same 507 messege.? Its like the usb is turning it off right when the app loader tries the download sequence. it does the same thing at the same time no matter what> i have tried wiping with bbsak and reloading but same thing happens ? I have even went to usb power options and nothing . tried to reinstall usb drivers and tried again > restarted comp nothing> And its not rebooting over and over the app loader actually recognizes the pin everytime i connect it > so its not a problem with seeing the device. I have done it over and over and same thing happens.>>> Its screen goes black thge red led comes on for 3 nseconds and then it sits there black and the app loader never gets past the "load jvm and system software" step. It then goes back to the white screen and app loader says the error communicating A:0x0000000F everytime> Does anyone have this happen? Any tips? View 11 Replies View RelatedI'm following the manual procedure to remove PTT as described in several threads such as "how-uninstall-push-talk-82057" Works great. But the next time I use Desktop Manager to add or remove an application it reloads the whole suite of device software as well. This is a pain because I have to re-register all my apps and do a bunch of other housekeeping but it also brings PTT back.
Any idea what is causing this? I am using DM 5.0.1
My Blackberry Pearl Flip 8220 first started showing a white screen with the loading icon for a couple of days. Then it progressed to saying "JVM Error 517". Then i tried some ways to get it to work (take the battery out, attempt to use loader to wipe the device, etc) and now it tells me "Reload Software 507". How can I get my Blackberry to start working normally again?
View 4 Replies View RelatedOk so i have had a BlackBerry Bold 9700 for nearlly a month now and i came in from work today sent a few SMS messages locked my phone as normal and put it back in its pouch the next time i go to send a text my screen is white with a picture above some text saying "Reload Software:507" ive also read up that i have to install new software, However i also read that i have to back up my phone and when trying to do this it lets me select my phone and thats it, it does not back up my phone. I am very worried that i will have to get a new phone + lose all my contacts and messages that i have stored on my phone.

I reloaded my software. but today, 2 weeks later, I get the same message. I was like: Oh, this, I can fix this. So I tried and tried...Everything worked out really well but rebooting my Blackberry: No. The Desktop Software says the reboot will take only 30 min. My computer has been running all day. Why?
