Jan 20, 2015I don't know why but the emails on my s5 always load and as I scroll down a bit it reloads and jumps back to top to get all the images.

Jan 2, 2010Earlier today, my BB started doing something weird. When I get a new email, I highlight it and press the trackball to open it, but it opens the previously received email instead. If I hit the back button (taking me back to the email list) and then hit the new email again, it still takes me to the previous email. The only way to open the new email is to scroll up to the date and then back to the email, which will then open the correct one.
Also, if the new email is highlighted and I delete it, it deletes the previous email instead.
I've tried a battery pull and it doesn't help. I'm on a TMO 9700 running OS .330.

Jul 13, 2015Google Calendar, and my phone app keeps opening on their own randomly. Every once and awhile my text messaging (Textra) or Dashlane will open.
It only opens however when the screen is shut off and I unlock the phone using my finger.
I don't know why its doing this and its so random.

May 12, 2015I have an issue with my S5. I updated from KitKat to Lollipop 5 days ago. After reading some of the horror stories associated with Lollipop and battery life, lag, phone performance, etc., I didn't waste any time before doing a full factory data reset. I am pretty sure the FDR worked, since I have had absolutely no problems with battery life, lag, or my phone running hot.
However, I have this weird issue where apps will randomly start on their own. Two examples, the first is that I opened my recent apps and noticed a whole bunch of apps in there that I had 100% most certainly not opened at any time since clearing my recent apps. The second example occurred this morning. I did a 10 minute walk to work and when I got to my office, I noticed that Rocket Music Player had opened and was playing my music. I highly doubt this happened due to any physical touch because not only would the power or home button have had to be pushed, but then the screen would have had to be swiped, the Rocket Player opened, and a song clicked on to start playing. I highly doubt this all occurred in my pocket.

Jul 31, 2015I've recently started using the Google now launcher and for some reason whenever I unlock my phone a random app will open on its own. It's always an app that's on the screen. For example if I have a screen with only Google play and camera icons on it, when I unlock the screen via fingerprint, one of those 2 apps will open up. It doesn't open the icons in my dock, just the ones in the screen. I have already cleared app cache and system cache (recovery mode).

Nov 22, 2011when trying to open the gallery to view pictures, sometimes it just wont load. Closing it and reopening it several times sometimes does the trick, but sometimes it has to be left for a while. I find this very annoying for such a lightening fast and smooth operating phone. Feb 21, 2015I use ##3424# and get the option to set Qualcomm USB Settings and enable DM + Modem + ADB. I then plug in the usb cable to the pc and it does not connect to the phone on any of the ports. Adb does not show the device or anything. If I enable MTP + ADB, then adb shows the device fine and the mtp shows the card + phone just fine. Is there something else that needs to be done to enable DM for Lollipop 5.0?

However, it is updating when I get an email to my junk email. Over the last couple days I've had a couple loaner phones (due to my provider sending the wrong phones) and the S5 I had was vibrating when I got emails but neither the S6 or S6 Edge (which I have now) would vibrate for emails. May 21, 2015I'm using my S6 edge with a hosted Exchange account and the default Samsung e-mail app. I have a number of e-mails (currently, 14) in my in-box that will not be deleted on my phone. If I delete them on the phone, they reappear there later! The same messages do not appear anywhere else when I access my Exchange account (Outlook, iPad, etc.) So, it is definitely something specific to the phone's e-mail app. (I've used three previous Samsung phones without this issue.)
