Oct 4, 2012yesterday casually on my phone downloading an app off of the app world it had completed so it asked me to reset, so i did so i can use this app. when the phone had rebooted after 5 MINUETES which is a piss take, it came up with a white screen with error 204 reset, every time i reset it, it does the same, it wont connect to my computer to wipe it or hard reset it, i need my phone as it is the only way i can contact my family as i dont live near them.

I have tried battery pulls but get the same message. When I plug into desktop mgr, It recognizes the phone but can never connect. I have only had it for about 65 days.

Aug 25, 2011This morning my Blackberry Bold has a white screen saying "App Error 523 Reset" I have done a lot of google searches this morning regarding this and my biggest worry is that I have loads of pictures of my newborn baby on this phone that I never saved to sim, and I will be devastated to lose them.Is there ANY WAY at all that these pictures can be saved? At the moment the phone is just on a loop. It starts up, shows the main screen,comes up with an error, loads security software then goes to the white screen with the above message.Will just be so gutted to have lost the pictures. For some reason I could not get the pictures to save to the sim card, so only had them on the phone, and I could never find a way of downloading them from the phone to my computer either.

Feb 26, 2010I have had my Storm since it came out. I take great care of it, only update with official revs of the BB OS. I only have a few applications. I turned it on a few days ago and got a white screen that had a JVM error 102. Called VZ tech support and they told me I had a corrupt file in the OS and asked me to unistall and reinstall. I have done this 5 times and still I have a white screen that has reset on it. Even doing a cold boot, nothing changes.

Feb 12, 2010I just bought the new Nokia 5233 phone.Whenever the phone is locked and I set a alarm. There is no way i can stop the alaram other than to reset the alarm manually by alarms-> edit.
There will be two touch buttons that apper on the otuch screen. One to stop and other to snooze the alarm. Even If press them, it wont work. The alaram keeps ringing. I even tried clicking on the green button and the menu botton at the bottom. Still no use. I cant even unlock the phone. Only thing i can do is press the red button at the end, which will snooze the alarm. After this, I have to manually change the alarm time.
The same thing happens even with phone calls. I cannot use the touch button that apper on the touch screen. I have to use the green and red button at the bottom.These problem come into picture only if the phone is locked. Otherwise it works fine.

Dec 23, 2011I have had my blackberry for 4 months and love it.I had an upgrade for App world which after stopped working.I found no way of deleting it or going back a version so i decided to try the desktop manager to see if i could do something through that.I had another upgrade waiting for the actual device so went a head with it and now wish i hadnt.The phone gets to a certain point on the upgrade (net-rim-cldc.cod) then stops doing anything .It has been at this point for nearly 3 hours now. Phone now shows a white screen with message *reload software 907* but how as the thing is doing nothing!.
