If i put the battery into my blackberry it turns on and looks normal until it has fully verified the software then the screen goes white and it says reset.. when i click reset it does the same again, and it won't connect ot the computer
For those of you that are having trouble with error code 907 invalid jar not found or invalid jad not found. After following all the help available on the Blackberry site to no avail, the cause of the above error codes was a web site down problem. It turns out that when you try to download the blooover.jar or the blooover.jad files to your phone you get the error message 907 invalid jar or jad file not found due to the [URL].. web site being down. Any other .jar or .jad file that I tried was not a problem.
I have recently been seeing an error playing message on the media player. The code that comes up is 861817799. I have been looking on the internet for error code information or background information on this trouble.
I just cleared "JVM error 102" from my Storm and now the keyboard will not appear. I've tried popping the battery out while it was on, I've also tried assigning the convenince key to display virtual keyboard and that also did not work.
My phone has a lock code on it and when i try to enter it, it keeps saying error. I've even tried the factory default one but it wont work :s phone has been working fine since this?
I received notification of the most recent firmware update, so inevitably I chose to upgrade. I connected it to my computer and ran the update and things seemed fine until I tried to text somebody and it would kick me back to the main messages menu, or if I would try responding to an email, it would kick me back to the email menu. I even tried turning on wi-fi and it would again just kick me back to settings>system.I tried chatting with support this morning and I was told to try resetting my phone via Zune. I tried this and received an error during the reset process while doing so -> 801812E0. My IMEI is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. My current software version shows up as "Unexpected Data Value"?
Error encountered when syncing BBStorm 9530 OS ver 5 to Outlook 2007 and Windows XP PC OS syncing stops with the following message: "Error encountered. Error Code 0x8004fd28. Check Documentation" I went to a forum that said to look at the sync log and see if there is an "ignore" line at the bottom of the log. I checked out the sync log and at the bottom it has the following: "Internal error #-728"
There appears to be no fix for this problem. RIM suggests the issue relates to email2 and/or email3 entry's with no content in the email field for the Outlook Contacts. This has been thoroughly checked and I confirmed this was not the case (also confirmed no East Asian characters). The problem is definitely in the newest version of the Device operating system. When I rolled back to the old operating system, the problem goes away.I can not believe RIM has no contact capability within the Support website for people with problems! Very user unfriendly. They are begging for customers to switch to iPhone.
My N73 worked correctly until 3 week ago, suddenly i see when i press button 2, it write 7 ! and continue whit 887734... !then i reset it by code " *#7370# " but problem not solved !i tried 3rd time but the problem was existing yet !Then I opened the keypad and clean it, and restarted again,it worked and all of keys was correct. i set a lock code, and it was working true, until yesterday. Since yesterday, it didn't work , I get my IMEI to a site, and it gives me a ten digit code that calls master code, and said if I enter this code instead of my forgotten code ( I didn't forget it,it didn't work) it will accept by phone. But when I enter the master code it says "code error" too. I tried to hardware reset , but when i hold 3,* & green buttons and turn it on, phone asks me "continue using the phone in offline mode? " (it asks since when i tried to enter deference codes for several times), and i should to answer this and press other keys instead of these 3 buttons, so it didn't work too, I opened it key pad and clean again, but it couldn't help.
I seem to be having problems with my PC suite not recognizing my E 71 phone. When i first connect the cable to my usb port on my pc i get this error message - connection between pc and phone failed, error code ox80040154 switch mobile off and on again and try again but still gives me the same error message.
I have tried the other day to change the phone security code from the standard 12345 to something else. However when I try to do that I get en "Code Error " on the phone. I would like to mention that the code was never changed and that this phone is brand new (less then 3 weeks old)I have tried in different way from the *#7780# and it asked me to put in the new code and I put 12345 and the I went to change it to something else I get the same "Code error".Also I have tried the *#7370# code which was supposed to reset it, however this failed also.
I know that with the BlackBerry you can rewrite the whole phone software, can the Ovi do the same thing?I have tried to call Nokia and ask for guidance, however they are saying that the CODE WAS CHANGED and that I have to remember the code, which is completly not true.
I got my kid a new cell phone to replace an old VX8300. Before putting it away or giving it away I was going to wipe out all the old information and hopefully reset it to factory settings.Unfortunately it appears as though one of his friends changed the security code from the default last 4 of the cell number to something else without telling him. Very funny practical joke. Unfortunately my kid has no idea when this happened and his friend does not remember what he changed it to.
I tried every 4 digit combo I can think of and nothing worked. Verizon told me there was nothing they could do. They say they have no master code to reset it and they can't plug it in and reset it manually either. Is this true? Is this phone locked forever? I don't want to figure out what the old code was. I don't care to. All I want to do is to reset the entire thing. Is there no way to do this once that code is changed? If so then Verizon and LG should make that abundantly clear to people because the odds of someone changing that code and completely hosing their phone is not that low.
I have acquired the curve for work from a person who is now gone. I attempted to set up voicemail and personal greeting but I do not know the passcode. Is there anyway to get past that so that I can put in my own passcode and set up voicemail and greeting?
I have a sony Ericsson T303, and I don't know the unlock code for the handset. I spoke to SE on the phone and flashed the phone using their update software. They said if this doesn't reset it, I have to send it off to them which will cost me £25. I followed a number of instructions on internet to reset that code using XS++ software. But I don't think my phone is compatible with that, because after it tells me "port opened" it tells me "did not receive 0x5a, continuing.." and then basically everything ends there. Can anyone pleaaaaaaaase save me sending my phone off and spending that money, by telling me a simple way I can get round my handset code? I'm sure that can't be the only solution.
I am trying to go to the restrictions but the phone asks for a code which I don't remember stablishing or I forgot, how can I restablish it or reset it?
