I have recently been seeing an error playing message on the media player. The code that comes up is 861817799. I have been looking on the internet for error code information or background information on this trouble.

For those of you that are having trouble with error code 907 invalid jar not found or invalid jad not found. After following all the help available on the Blackberry site to no avail, the cause of the above error codes was a web site down problem. It turns out that when you try to download the blooover.jar or the blooover.jad files to your phone you get the error message 907 invalid jar or jad file not found due to the [URL].. web site being down. Any other .jar or .jad file that I tried was not a problem.

View 2 Replies View RelatedThere appears to be no fix for this problem. RIM suggests the issue relates to email2 and/or email3 entry's with no content in the email field for the Outlook Contacts. This has been thoroughly checked and I confirmed this was not the case (also confirmed no East Asian characters).The problem is definitely in the newest version of the Device operating system. When I rolled back to the old operating system, the problem goes away.I can not believe RIM has no contact capability within the Support website for people with problems! Very user unfriendly. They are begging for customers to switch to iPhone.

When I play movie it gets the green loading alert in corner then starts to play the audio only with no video. I am on .419 shrunk, is it possible it removed something to play video. View 1 Replies View RelatedMy N73 worked correctly until 3 week ago,suddenly i see when i press button 2, it write 7 ! and continue whit 887734... !then i reset it by code " *#7370# " but problem not solved !i tried 3rd time but the problem was existing yet !Then I opened the keypad and clean it, and restarted again,it worked and all of keys was correct. i set a lock code, and it was working true,until yesterday. Since yesterday, it didn't work , I get my IMEI to a site, and it gives me a ten digit code that calls master code, and said if I enter this code instead of my forgotten code ( I didn't forget it,it didn't work) it will accept by phone. But when I enter the master code it says "code error" too. I tried to hardware reset , but when i hold 3,* & green buttons and turn it on, phone asks me "continue using the phone in offline mode? " (it asks since when i tried to enter deference codes for several times), and i should to answer this and press other keys instead of these 3 buttons, so it didn't work too, I opened it key pad and clean again,but it couldn't help.

i know about flash not being supported but isn't there any option at all to play web videos?all my mpeg4 video files saved in the micro sd card, they all play ok.
I just buy a new blackberry storm 9530 and i put some songs from my PC in armory card and in out of 250 songs only one song start, rest of them showing unsupported formats?

View 1 Replies View RelatedWell I have been waiting for the longest time for someone to post a similar issue but I haven't seem to find it.Whenever I play music on my phone and then begin to do other things on my phone, mainly respond to text or email, my phone's screen freezes.I am able to use the hard keys on the phone though so I am able to back out of wherever it froze.The only way to resolve the issue is to do a battery pull and it is frankly making me not use my phone for music purposes even though it is extremely convenient. I am personally thinking it has something to do with the keyboard but am not sure.This issue only happens with music and it includes the built in media player as well as programs like Pandora.When I play videos, my phone doesn't freeze, but also the videos don't play in the background.

1. Turn off all of the wireless connections (manage connections - turn all connections off)
2. Go to the Options icon on the device
3. Select Advanced Options
4. Select SIM Card
5. Hit the Menu key to select Show Keyboard
6. Enter mepd (you will not be able to see the typed info)(enter just the mepd, no spaces, etc.)
7. Enter the letters: mep2 but it doesnot prompt
As I was typing in my passcode the screen went white with code then the phone shut down. now it is frozen with a black screen and small clock in the middle with its hand running. I've tried removing the battery and reseting. now I have it charging and its sitll non responsive.

Some files will play but most will not, I have checked everything ie codec, res. frame rate etc it all seems OK.
