Nov 26, 2012I have a Blackberry Bold 9900 with IMEI 35856604xxxxxx, I did an update for the software version 7.1.0 Bundle 2061 however I entered the password 5 times due to a non functional button on my keyboard and all data was wiped. Unfortunately I do not have a backup and I lost all my contacts and media files. Is there a way to rollback knowing that I did previously an upgrade for the software version over the air, so probably my data is stored somewhere on RIM servers.

BB Bold :: Entered Password Incorrectly 10 Times - 9000 Got Wiped
Nov 5, 2011There was this pop-up thing happening and without knowing what it is and trying to get rid of it, I entered the password incorrectly 10 times and my phone got wiped. I did not back up any of the data in my phone. Now, every time I turn on my phone (bold 9000) the battery dies within 2-3 hours and when I switch the battery it erases all contacts and adjustments to the settings that I've made. In addition to this, the phone gets super hot, even though I turn the phone off.

I didn't notice that it started to proceed to wipe the phone! How/can I restore my data and contacts? I don't use BB Desktop Software much so I don't have a backup. The MA detects the Sync but when I click on it it just says connection fails. The Sync requires that you enter a code so I assume this is the reason for the connection failure.

Jan 9, 2012For those of you that are having trouble with error code 907 invalid jar not found or invalid jad not found. After following all the help available on the Blackberry site to no avail, the cause of the above error codes was a web site down problem. It turns out that when you try to download the blooover.jar or the blooover.jad files to your phone you get the error message 907 invalid jar or jad file not found due to the [URL].. web site being down. Any other .jar or .jad file that I tried was not a problem.
