Synchronization fails because of "Error Encountered. Error Code - 0x80043ac9 Check Documentation" This is when syncronising with Outlook Address Book.... this happens at 1916 of 1990 Records...How can I fix this?
View 1 RepliesWhen I try to sync my Outlook 2003 calendar entries with my Curve, I get the following error:"Error encountered. Error code - 0x80043ac9. Check documentation."It seems to be stuck in the "Processing Device Calendar" screen, with "Record 20 of 80 Records", when the above error popped up. See screenshot below.I have NO PROBLEM syncing Outlook Contacts or Memos. I ONLY have problem when syncing Outlook Calendar.I've read other posts out there where there was a similar problem when syncing Contacts, and the solution is to remove Birthday contact entries:[URL] But I don't have any Birthday in my contacts, and my problem is with Calendar, not Contacts.

Aforementioned error code continues to pop up even after reinstallation of BB Desktop Software and uprgrade to v.6.0.1. Anyone else experience this error? Otherwise, BB a very intuitive and elegant device.
I get this error on both the Calendar synch (on it's own) and Contact synch (on it's own) and if I do either of them one way (both to and from BB) or two way.
I notice that on the device itself, under Bypass, Servers (in the Device Manager Properties window, that it still shows the server name from when the BB was used through an entreprise server, from which I've now been switched off.
All of sudden when I am syncing I am getting the following message. It occurs in my calendar updates.

View 2 Replies View RelatedIt appears that this is a prevailing issue here. I tried to sync my 9630 using DM 6 and I got an error # 0x80043aaa check documentation when the "Action Engine loading configuration" prompt came up during sync.
Eventually went back to DM 5.1 after several tries at resolving this issue.

I have removed all of the pictures from the contacts on outlook but the error message still appears.
I have uncheck the picture and attachment fields in the DM but the error message still appears.
Each time I switch on I get the message "A network error was encountered. Check your server settings" Pressing OK does not work. In fact there is no problem as when using the sleeve which turns the phoneoff /on the message disappears. How do I get rid of this message?

I can only sync about half of them and then I get a message " Synchronization Error - An error has occurred during an attempt to access a file on the computer". There was no number only an appointment date and event which does not exist in either Outlook 2010 or the Blackberry calendar. Upon receiving the error message, the synch stops. I did a replace all calendar events from the computer to the device, which went fine. But the problem was not resolved. I deleted all calendar events from the device, then did a replace all calendar events from the computer to the device, but that did not solve the problem.
