I have a BB 9550 (Storm 2). Every time I sync I get - Error 0x80043ac9 Am not sure what the error is preventing from happening because it seems to finish synching after accepting the error message. The error occurs when sinking with outlook contacts.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI get this error on both the Calendar synch (on it's own) and Contact synch (on it's own) and if I do either of them one way (both to and from BB) or two way.
I notice that on the device itself, under Bypass, Servers (in the Device Manager Properties window, that it still shows the server name from when the BB was used through an entreprise server, from which I've now been switched off.
Synchronization fails because of "Error Encountered. Error Code - 0x80043ac9 Check Documentation" This is when syncronising with Outlook Address Book.... this happens at 1916 of 1990 Records...How can I fix this?

I have a Blackbery storm 9530 with software version 5.0.0.328 installed. I am using Windows Vista and trying to sync with Outlook 2007. Prior to a recent upgrade of the DM, I was able to sync my Calendar and Contacts. Now I get Blackberry Desktop Synchronization error "Determining the root configuration of main system" and then a Intellisync error follows displaying "Unknown error reported". I am unable to complete the sync.

I also cannot restore from desktop mananger or blackberry protect (only interested in address book). I keep this thing updated and backed up in three seperate places just because I can, but now this does not even help. I have read several post with different options about rebooting, downgrading to earlier os version and nothing has helped. When I do a hard boot I get a java null error. I even took it back to the service provider and they wiped the phone (I had already done the same) and still nothing other than I have to start all over with reinstalling 3rd party app ( poynt and xobni) this all I have added back to my phone.

I receive an Intellisync "unknow error" dialog box and the sync completely shuts down. Can't change any of the configuration settings as well. Receive the same "unknown error".

Unfortunately, I had to downgrade back to 5.0.1 as I could not complete Organizer synchronization - I kept getting an error message saying that an unknown error had occurred. I would like to sync my contacts but currently have that setting turned to "off" because I want to add my Outlook contacts but not lose my contacts on my phone. If I sync the contacts will it just add the new ones and not overwrite the existing contacts on my phone?

When will Blackberry Desktop Manager be able to sync with MS Outlook 2010? I spent £100 on the latter yesterday after discovering that Windows Calendar can not be synchronised with my new Bold 9700: the sync process ends with a Microsoft Outlook Connector Error message: "No available message stores". Burrowing into Blackberry's on-line support, it seems the most likely cause is BDM - 5.0.1 - trying to connect to an unsupported version of Outlook. (Article ID KB15564).
The result is no contacts or diary on my expensive new smartphone, which is disappointing beyond belief, since Outlook 2007 etc. seems no longer available.
Synchronization with Outlook cannot be completed. Updating at 36th record from Address Book and it freezes.

I am having issues syncing to Outlook. I am running the 5.0.0.713 version (Bundle 1206 Platform 4.2.0.323). I dont' know if it has any bearing but Verizon is my carrier.
The basic problem is that when I want to sync my information from Outlook to my device the sync wants to put back into Outlook all the information I have removed from Outlook. The option to have Outlook win in any conflict does not seem to have any effect in filtering out these entries. This also occurs with Calendar, Memo, and Tasks.
On my Palm I had the option to OVERWRITE the device with the information from Outlook. Is there such a feature? It seems a waste of my time to delete all the information each time I want to sync the device.
My Storm2 9550 will not sync with my new computer which runs Windows 7 and Outlook 2010. I have trying this for months with no success and any help would be huge!!
