It worked fine the other day... does anyone know what this means and how do I fix it so I can sync again?I have a US Cellular Blackberry Bold 9650 OS 6 With 220.2 MB of free space Did a battery pull fix your issue? Jan 16, 2010I continue to get the error message listed in the subject each time I try to sync me device with my computer. I tried uninstalling all of my Blackberry software, then re-installing and I still contine to get the error message (which makes me thing it is an issue with my phone).

Aug 25, 2010It appears that this is a prevailing issue here. I tried to sync my 9630 using DM 6 and I got an error # 0x80043aaa check documentation when the "Action Engine loading configuration" prompt came up during sync.
Eventually went back to DM 5.1 after several tries at resolving this issue.

Aug 26, 2010New to BB world - had TREO for long time. Having difficult time w/ calender sync from Outlook.
Aforementioned error code continues to pop up even after reinstallation of BB Desktop Software and uprgrade to v.6.0.1. Anyone else experience this error? Otherwise, BB a very intuitive and elegant device.

I have removed all of the pictures from the contacts on outlook but the error message still appears.
I have uncheck the picture and attachment fields in the DM but the error message still appears.

Check Documentation" I went to a forum that said to look at the sync log and see if there is an "ignore" line at the bottom of the log. Jul 9, 2014Kies 3 always crashes with an "Unknown Error" when trying to sync my Outlook 2007 calendar. Contacts and Tasks sync okay.
I've literally spent hours on the phone with Samsung (lack of) technical support with no resolution. They are in fact blaming Outlook claiming that this "Unknown Error" is an Outlook error and not a Kies 3 error (I doubt that). Their other suggestion is a factory reset on the phone which I don't want to do or to try another PC.
Using Windows 7 Pro, latest updates to Kies 3 and latest firmware updated today on the phone.

Apr 22, 2012I've been searching for quite some time now, but still can't seem to find a good solution for my problem. Currently i'm using my Blackberry calendar to keep me updated about my appointments. However, I would like to access this calendar on my Mac aswell, is there any way of doing this properly? I've tried the Ical --> Google Calendar --> Blackberry Calendar way, but it doesn't seem to work. If possible I would like to have the possiblity to sync this agenda from Blackberry to Mac and vice versa. Ow, by the way, I do not necessarily need the Blackberry calendar.

I have a Blackberry Bold 9780 with Software version 6.0.2.44. I sync with Outlook (Office Professional 2010). The Blackberry sync mode seems to delete calender entries on Outlook after about a month. I like to retain the entries but I cannot find an option on the sync set-up that stops this.

Feb 17, 2011My BB calendar sync over wireless stopped working, and I can't figure out how to get it back.I use BES and have V6 of the Desktop software installed with Outlook 2007 on my Windows XP laptop.When I now connect to the Desktop software, and go under "Organizer", I have 3 of 4 apps that say "syncing wirelessly" (MemoPad, Address Book, Tasks) but Calendar is ticked and shows "Microsoft Outlook". I have tried unchecking the box, but cannot figure out how to get it back to syncing wirelessly. an't find a setting on the BB to change it either.I can only sync it via Desktop software (which I now do at least daily, a big pain ...)All other apps are syncing wirelessly just fine: mail, contacts, etc.

My old phone - Samsung Omnia - had no problem synching with Outlook Calendar. Interestingly, if I tick the contacts box, it offers Outlook Express as an application?
