I have the Bold 9700 with AT&T. I am running windows xp sp3 w/ MS Outlook 2007.Just recently my outlook calendar will not sync with my BB, I have tried all the reccomended settings and reset and resync'd til I'm blue in the face...I do not know what to do.An added note: I do publish my calendar to the internet via outlook...and recently retold it to update, and I have determined from that point on nothing has sync'd.

i have a gmail account and have synced my calendar, contacts and email. i have GOOGLE SYNC, which does it all for me (or so its supposed to).if i create a new appointment on my gmail calendar, it syncs perfectly to my bklackberry.However if i create an appointment on my bb it doesnt sync on the gmail.

I have copied the screen below as an example. You can see Microsoft Outlook is an option here. However on my pc/bb it only offers me ASCII or Yahoo as an application option? Where am I going wrong?
My old phone - Samsung Omnia - had no problem synching with Outlook Calendar. Interestingly, if I tick the contacts box, it offers Outlook Express as an application?
I am trying to wirelessly sync from Blackberry Calender to Yahoo calander. I am able to bring up yahoo calender and when I go to options, the 'wirelesss synchronization' is set to 'No'. I can't seem to change that. Does anyone know if there is any other way/option that needs to be enabled? I can sync via Desktop Manager with yahoo, but need a way to sync wirelessly. Apparently Yahoo Go service provided that option but is no longer supported.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI logged into another gmail account on my phone, I did without any problem, viewed/deleted some emails, and logged off. I then re-logged into my higher usage email (the main one I use on everything and the phone is registered with). I had the "Smooth Calender" app isntalled, but uninstalled that because the update happened around the email checking and it started acting goofy when I updated anyway.After I did that, I went to check my calender on my phone to schedule appointments and noticed that my calender is almost completely empty. I checked my calender online under the account email that I currently have it synced to and it is full like I have it. Now the situation is when I enter a calender event online it WILL NOT sync to my phone, nor has any of the repeat events synced.
When I enter an event in my phone, it syncs to the online calender AND to the phone with reminders and such if I set it up that way.I cleared the gmail cache on the phone (but did NOT clear data, didn't know if that is advisable), I checked to make sure the correct calenders are checked to sync. I also went to Settings > Account > 'Account in question' and made sure it was selected.I DO NOT see an auto sync feature anywhere on the phone, and I can't remember having checked it before and didn't have a problem with anything until I did the logging into and back out of my emails.What can I do, or need to do, to fix this? My calender is very important to me as I always have my phone on me and don't always have a paper calender on me.
I just recently changed my phone from Bold 9000 to Bold 9700. Using Desktop Manager 5.0.1.37 and on Vista sp2 and Outlook 2007. I used to be able to sync perfectly ok with my Bold 9000, and since I changed my phone to Bold 9700, it wont sync my calendar - as if it skips the calendar completely. I've tried a number of suggestions from this forum including deleting the intellisync folder and resetting the sync setup, hard resetting the phone, and nothing works. I'm running out of ideas.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI got a new BB 9700 Bold yesterday and having problems with setting up the sync for the calendar and the contacts which are on my outlook. My hotmail email accounts are working okay. The outlook is on my PC and is the front face for my hotmail accounts.
When I go in to the BB Desktop device manager - version 5.0.1 (latest version) , I go in to the configure option on the left and it lets me click on calendar> then I select outlook and it then lets me select 'finish'. However at this stage an error box flashes up saying 'no available message stores'.
In addition when I check the wifi config on the calendar and contacts icons on the BB device it will not let me select yes on the wireless connection for them.
When I first started using my LG G3 D850 I copied all my calendar items over to the phone. I set it up to sync with google calendars.
But I looked online at my google calendar and do not see any of the entries that are on my phone.
As far as I can tell all other things are syncing with my gmail account. The only things I use regularly are gmail and contacts and they are syncing fine.
I like the layout of the calendar app on the Z3 but I have one issue. The app syncs fine with my Google calendar (on my pc) with the exception that it doesn't sync imported calendars (like football team fixtures, MotGP calendars etc) unless I also install Google calendar on my Z3. If I delete Google calendar the imported calendars disappear.

Currently i'm using my Blackberry calendar to keep me updated about my appointments. However, I would like to access this calendar on my Mac aswell, is there any way of doing this properly? I've tried the Ical --> Google Calendar --> Blackberry Calendar way, but it doesn't seem to work. If possible I would like to have the possiblity to sync this agenda from Blackberry to Mac and vice versa. Ow, by the way, I do not necessarily need the Blackberry calendar.

Well, I like my calendar to appear on my today screen but not just the default calendar entries, I want to truly capture my day on the today screen. I have a Blackberry Bold 9780 with Software version 6.0.2.44. I sync with Outlook (Office Professional 2010). The Blackberry sync mode seems to delete calender entries on Outlook after about a month. I like to retain the entries but I cannot find an option on the sync set-up that stops this.
View 3 Replies View RelatedMy BB calendar sync over wireless stopped working, and I can't figure out how to get it back.I use BES and have V6 of the Desktop software installed with Outlook 2007 on my Windows XP laptop.When I now connect to the Desktop software, and go under "Organizer", I have 3 of 4 apps that say "syncing wirelessly" (MemoPad, Address Book, Tasks) but Calendar is ticked and shows "Microsoft Outlook". I have tried unchecking the box, but cannot figure out how to get it back to syncing wirelessly. an't find a setting on the BB to change it either.I can only sync it via Desktop software (which I now do at least daily, a big pain ...)All other apps are syncing wirelessly just fine: mail, contacts, etc.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI Just purchased the Experia Neo V, installed the Sony PC Companion application and copied all my Outlook contacts from my PC to the phone using Contact Setup. Now it is automatically syncronized to my phone via my Google account I cannot however sync my Outlook calendar via PC Companion. When I run Sync Zone it produces an error message (no explanation just error) and the Calendar sync is canceled. The contacts are synced successfully.

I have gone under Organizer tab, then the Select Organizer Data to Synchronize.I have hit the reset settings and reset calendar, memo, address and tasks and it says it has configured successfully. However, after I hit OK, it says calendar is "not installed"every thing is syncing except the calendar.

I use these calendar entries as a record of my consulting hours/activities so I can't afford to have them wiped out. What can I do? When I enter a new appointment in Outlook it syncs to the phone immediately, but when I enter a new appointment on the phone, it is not syncing back to Outlook. Why? When I go into Calendar Settings -> Merge Calendars, it says both my gmail calendar and Outlook calendar are "synced and visible". Under phone calendar it says "not synced, visible", and I cannot change it to "synced". Why? How to change it?

Kies 3 always crashes with an "Unknown Error" when trying to sync my Outlook 2007 calendar. Contacts and Tasks sync okay.
I've literally spent hours on the phone with Samsung (lack of) technical support with no resolution. They are in fact blaming Outlook claiming that this "Unknown Error" is an Outlook error and not a Kies 3 error (I doubt that). Their other suggestion is a factory reset on the phone which I don't want to do or to try another PC.
Using Windows 7 Pro, latest updates to Kies 3 and latest firmware updated today on the phone.
When I plug my phone in to the usb cable something comes up about insufficent power and making sure the correct drivers are installed. I don't wanna charge it tho I just wanna sync it and put some music on. Any ideas or trouble shooting. I tried searching on my comp but nothing similar really came up then my POS computer crashed. Thanks in adavance.

I have the blackberry desktop manager v 7.1 and I haven't made it passed the "configure" button not being usable. What I'm going for here is sharing my outlook calendar with everyone that needs it on their phones, then syncing this specific calendar to be viewable via their blackberry- so that when I make changes or add jobs they are able to see them. I connected the blackberry to the desktop... I clicked organizer... I went to click configure..... It's a ghost button. How do I make this button interactive again??
