Jun 8, 2010I make my phone buttons respond swiftly? I noticed that if I press any button its takes lot of time before responding and I always have to press it hard before it responds.

BB Curve :: Its Buttons Are Not Responding
Jun 15, 2011All of a sudden, my letter "e/2" stopped working. i did a battery pull, and that did nothing, so i did a restore on my phone. this resulted in none of my buttons reponding or taking 10mins (no joke!) to respond. it has also wiped all my contacts aswell.

All of a sudden the keys stopped working, no matter what i press nothing happens, only the trackpad is working. It happend out of nowhere, i didnt drop it or get it wet, so i have no idea how or why this is happening.

Oct 17, 2011Two times over the weekend my Bionic has gotten to a point where the phone's power buttons nor any of the other buttons would respond. There was only the green indicator blinking on the front of the phone and it seemed to be frozen. I waited around 10 minutes and tried pressing the power button again, holding it down and pressing it repeatedly. Nothing. I did a battery pull on the phone and when I booted it back up it seemed to work.

Dec 31, 2010I've acquired the handset yesterday and I have tried the "card in front battery trick" but nothing works, the four knobs on the button and the knobs on the side works, everything is visible with the screen it is showing everything just perfect and it isn't "sticking" or "laggy" but when I touch the screen it just isn't responding no matter where I touch it and also how hard I press.

I use an application which some times would not respond and can't be close from the menu as the menue is not pop up when i press the bb key. When this app stucks touch screen won't work fine and when am pressing an icon, phone highlights another icon.

Jul 20, 2010About 3-4 weeks ago...my screen starting acting strange. When I would hover a button (not clicking it...but to make it blue)...other buttons would become blue as well. Or the button I was hovering wouldn't turn blue and another would. When I would actually click the button...say for messages...the browser would start instead. Also...sometimes I would have the browser or gmail app open and after I clicked the BB button to bring up the menu...it would be completely frozen. It's like this periodically...but always occurs after a call...and the phone won't work for a good 1-2 minutes. This became worse and worse. So I finally did a complete reinstall of BB 5.0.0.328. Things were better for a week or so...and then it went downhill again. I haven't dropped my phone or added any new applications in months.
I have Verizon warranty...but if I go in there I have a feeling they are going to tell me that its a software issue and not hardware. I really don't know what it is...I just want the phone to work again.

Mar 3, 2010Since the early days appeared the notorious problem of red and green buttons that you "lock" and you can not call or close calls. Problem afflicting the Storm 2 in the world. Sent to help with a few days of life, is lying there for three weeks along with many other Storm 2 "pending rules from theBlackberry." In short, no they have not even touched and expect the Bleckberry tell them what to do. Needless to say that with the gentlemen of the Blackberry is impossible to talk!
