My blackberry messenger app is not responding whenever I click the icon.Im able to receive/send BBM messages thru the Messages app.Multiple battery pull has already been made, uninstall/re-install the app and I didnt change any settings but I keep getting this problem whenevr I click the icon.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI've acquired the handset yesterday and I have tried the "card in front battery trick" but nothing works, the four knobs on the button and the knobs on the side works, everything is visible with the screen it is showing everything just perfect and it isn't "sticking" or "laggy" but when I touch the screen it just isn't responding no matter where I touch it and also how hard I press.

I use an application which some times would not respond and can't be close from the menu as the menue is not pop up when i press the bb key. When this app stucks touch screen won't work fine and when am pressing an icon, phone highlights another icon.
Is there any method to close this stuck app other than removing the battary.
Whenever I try to call someone using my Blackberry 9530, the dialpad does not work, and a forced to call from my contact list.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am desperate for some kind of help or advice, my bb storm 2 9550 screen is not responding, i can't get to access any of my applications on the phone. the only thing that works is the power on n off button, i tried taking the battery out n even reloading the phone but nothing works. i am missin all my calls, can;t get to read my messages or mails and this is driving me nuts. i live in the caribbean, the phone was bought in the u.s, my carrier presently is GT&T but in the u.s it works with Verizon wireless.

View 3 Replies View RelatedAlthough my BlackBerry service with O2 is connected and working as normal, I am totally without email on my Torch 9800. I have owned the Torch 9800 since March.All has been well until last week when I changed the password on one of the 3 email accounts I had set up on my device. This password change left one of the accounts unable to send or receive mail, and is also what lead me to discover that I could not enter email set up on my device or via my network providers website ( www.o2email.co.uk ) .I have spent hours on the phone with O2 discussing this issue. The usual checks and procedures have been carried out, battery pulls, checking settings etc and the service books have been deleted and resent several times. These actions have not resolved the problem but instead led to the loss from my device of the other 2 email accounts which were working correctly but have now disappeared into thin air. Having tried all possible solutions with O2 I now come here looking for an answer.
When I visit my Network Providers BlackBerry mail service trying to create an account using my pin etc, I am without fail getting a pop up box containing the error message ''Your account is not accessible via HTML browser. Please use your devive to access BlackBerry Internet Service'' !? The result is the same whether I log in from my device over 3G or Wireless, or from a PC (have tried several browsers) .On my device, when I click on the Email Accounts icon from the setup menu nothing happens, no response at all. I have tried many times and there is just no way to set up or edit mail accounts. I am without mail on my device and growing increasingly short of patience.
I am now hoping somebody here can offer me some advice on how to resolve this issue. hat use is a BlackBerry without email capabilities ? I see from researching email set up problems on the Torch 9800 that I am not alone here so if somebody at BlackBerry is listening ? If this is a Torch 9800 issue then I am sure you will be doing all you can to resolve this but in the meantime
The touch screen wont respond on my Icon even after multiple soft resets. I do have the developers 8.1 installed. If this would be a faulty phone or would it be something in the 8.1 download....

Since trying to make the switch I can't find the icon for bb app world. I've wiped the phone, restored it, battery pulls but it's still not showing. I stopped recieving emails and no messages from blackberry messenger. I called Tmobile and they referred me to RIM. When talking to the folks at RIM they say its a Tmobile issue.Host routing table has no entries and no browser or email service books.
