I bought a slightly used 9550 and i'm from Srilanka. I use an application which some times would not respond and can't be close from the menu as the menue is not pop up when i press the bb key. When this app stucks touch screen won't work fine and when am pressing an icon, phone highlights another icon.
Is there any method to close this stuck app other than removing the battary.
My blackberry has a application running in the backround. The application is a black box with a question mark in it. I removed my battery like 3 times and and restarted it, it is still there. The application says "tweeting" under it. I even restored it and the problem still exists. I try to open it, and it just takes me to the home screen. It is really killing my battery. Please let me know ASAP because i need to close that app now.
On my Xperia X10 mini pro (running in french), systematically after restarting the phone, I get error message: "Unexpected closing of application Diagnostics Tool (in com.sonyericsson.ndroid.crashsms)." How to diagnose it?
I'm used to a Windows based environment on my desktop and laptop so perhaps I'm not using the correct terminology here. What I'm finding is that when I'm using my XOOM, all the applications I've opened during the session are still open and are just minimized at the bottom of the screen.
this happens whenever i open my calendar then it freezes then when i reboot my phone, this message appears on my home screen uncaught exception: application net_rim_bb_calendar_app(216) is not responding; process terminated..
When I click on email, i get the message on the subject line:Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_messaging_app (101) is not responding; process terminated.so I can't open my email. I went to emails setup and re-entered my pw and it connected to the server and after a few minutes, it showed me the above message.With the power on, i have taken the battery out for a minute or two and reintalled it and it did not solve the problem.It has retried connecting to the server with the same results.
yesterday I upgrade BB application world, then after reboot, I got this message " uncaught exception:10>=10, my BB was frozen, I tried to reboot again but still got the same problem. I tried almost 40 times. getting desperate..i also got some message...likes uncaught exception : application net _rim_bb_qm_peer(232) is not responding; process terminated.....also, facebook, messaging, whatssapp, ect.
I cant open the calendar on my torch all of a sudden - it just freezes up. It will eventually say : uncaught exception: application net__rim_bb_calendar app(263) is not responding; process terminated.
my bb Torch has been working fine all day then tonight i found this message come up saying uncaught exception application net_rim_bb_messaging_app is not responding. i have tried rebooting my phone and it is not working when my phone does cone back on it is extremely slow and i have noticed when i click on my bbm before the message appears i have 15435 messages!
Recently when using my blackberry i noticed that the search did not show up properly. Then not long after this happened i started to get an error that read: Application net_rim_bb_unifiedsearch_lib (172) is not responding: process terminated. Please advise as to whatthis may be or if i can fix it.
Yesterday, my Xoom has started to really slow down - on occasion. I will touch a button on the screen and nothing will happen for maybe ten seconds, and then it will do the task. Then after this goes on for a few minutes without it getting better, a window will pop up on the screen saying:

This not only happens when browsing, but also when working in some apps. In that case, the above screen will mention the app, not the browser. At this point, sometimes I can't even turn off the Xoom. If I just let it sit, it will "clear" itself and start working again. For the record, I haven't added any apps in the past week and the AVG virus program says all is well.
My blackberry messenger app is not responding whenever I click the icon.Im able to receive/send BBM messages thru the Messages app.Multiple battery pull has already been made, uninstall/re-install the app and I didnt change any settings but I keep getting this problem whenevr I click the icon.
I make my phone buttons respond swiftly? I noticed that if I press any button its takes lot of time before responding and I always have to press it hard before it responds.
I've acquired the handset yesterday and I have tried the "card in front battery trick" but nothing works, the four knobs on the button and the knobs on the side works, everything is visible with the screen it is showing everything just perfect and it isn't "sticking" or "laggy" but when I touch the screen it just isn't responding no matter where I touch it and also how hard I press.
I have a Curve 8900, recently when I try to access a contact from my address book I get the following error. Uncaught exception: application net_rim_bb_addressbook_app (4609) is not responding; process terminated.NOTE the bracketed numbers in this string changes based on the contact I try to access i.e it could be (4612)The phone freezes and I have to turn it on and off again! , before I can move off address page. Upon turning the phone on I get the above error.I have looked through the support forums and searched using the error, I have found similar relating to a traffic app but nothing relating to the address book.
I have a Style 9670 running OS6 on the Sprint network.I upgraded to this phone about a month ago. approximately 2 weeks ago this error: application net_rim_bb_vvm(180 is not responding; process terminated.at first it was every 2-3 days. its now happening 2-3 times a day. Sometimes I can hit the ok button highlight and can continue using my phone, but as of lately more often than not, I must pull the battery as the phone locks up.BB support was unable to help. Sprint my carrier has been unable to help and wants me to drive another 30 miles to a "tech store".
I will get the spinning timeclock when I am doing nothing with the phone. At the same time there is a symbol in the upper right hand corner of the display indicating that data is being transferred. I can not use the Bold while that is occuring. Ofter I will get the following message:"uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_messaging_app(105) is not responding. process terminated"It appears to be a problem with bb messaging that I don't use.
I keep getting this uncaught exception application net_rim_bb_messaging_app (71) is not responding process terminating when I am texting. I reboot phone by taking battery out while phone is still on and when phone comes back on it still says the same thing. I may have to do this 4 or 5 times before I am able to text again.
I get this message on my Bold 9700 together with other messages like:

I can't do back-ups anymore and trasfer the datas on a new phone, e-mail aren't working anymre as well as the camera and Bluetooth.
I have reported this so many times to BB that I am starting to think they don't really have anyone out there fixing these things as we have had at least one update since the first report and its still happening.My device freezes up and eventually comes back with the following message:Uncaught exception: Application net-rim-bb-messaging-app (148) is not responding: process terminated.Then control is returned to the device.Its now starting to freeze up when I turn the device on first thing in the morning, though here it doesn't normally come up with the message but after about 5 mins will give me access to the device.

I was previously having problems with the camera not responding to the keys. Now when I try to turn on my camera the whole unit shuts down and reboots. Storm 2. Any suggestions on how to fix?
