View 2 RepliesMy Blackberry 8530 has been giving me this error message for 24 hours: "Desktop Email program unable to submit message." It occurs when I try to reply or send a new message from my "Desktop" email. I have done everything that has been recommended--including a complete wipe and reload of Enterprise Activation. The other email program (non exchange/enterprise) on my blackberry works perfectly fine.

I had an important app. (Memos by bluemarblesoftware.com) that I accidentally deleted. It of course had many memos, some with quite a lot of information. I did sync my phone on a regular basis and I think the memos should be on the desktop computer. I tried to do a restore function but I got a message saying there was not enough room on the iPhone. How much room is needed?

This tells me to choose "I'd like to add an email address", but this point is not shown on my BB. I can only see the point: "I'd like to add a business email account by using the BlackBerry Enterprise Server" (I translated this, sorry, if it is not 100% correct).

I am having problems with my Pearl in accessing the email account. I switch from a Curve to the Pearl and tried using the same email but my provider disconnected the Curve and now I can't change the Curve email on the Pearl with a new one.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI am trying to find out why the Desktop Software is recommending me to update my OS7 version, and also to downgrade my BBM software. Whenever I go to Device->Software Updates on the phone, it says my Blackberry is upto date (7.0 Bundle 1315). And I already installed the new BBM update a few weeks ago(version 6.0.0.129). Note my carrier is T-Mobile. Can anyone inform me why I get update recommendations on the Desktop program and not the phone?

Every time I access the [URL] website and enter my login name and password and submit, I repeatedly get the same page again and again which asks me to verify my password. There seems to be a software error in the Lumia 800. I have contacted the Nokia helpline which was unhelpful as usual. This time, they informed me that this error IS possible while accessing Yahoo email thru the browser and that no solution is possible. The only suggestion they had was to use the synchronization method to access the Yahoo mailbox - but this solution is not feasible for either accessing the older emails and or for sending file attachments.

The priority problem is mentioned first below.I've just encountered this error message, "For help resolving this issue, refer to KB19454 in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager Knowledge Base" when attempting to sync my Curve 8320. I use a Mac, and I haven't run into any difficulties syncing since downloading the newer version of the Desktop Manager for Mac in Dec/Jan. I haven't been able to download the latest update though. I did see an early post by someone with the same difficulty, but I was unclear of the question posed, and thus I am hopeful for potential suggestions for resolution.The additional problem I've recently experienced is that I can't compose an SMS/MMS message. I can only reply to someone's message. When I try to simply send one, the screen defaults back to the list of messages. Please Note: I do not have wireless on my phone. I utilize Blackberry Desktop Manager Version 1.0.1 .Please also note that I am not able to access electronic messages daily but will attempt to return any responses/inquires as quickly as possible.

I also loaded the software from the CD in the box with the same result.I can't do anything from here. Saving the file Desktop doesn't fix it. But the content protection is disabled in Options -> Security -> Encryption (Device memory & Media card both are diabled for encryption). I've disabled all the options over there but still I'm getting this weird message which is not letting me update my Apps.

My wife and I each have a Blackberry phone. One is an 8100 the other is an 8200. I cannot figure out how to backup them both up on the same PC with Windows Vista. The Desktop Manager software does not seem to allow two different phones. I also have tried to install two different versions of Desktop Manager in different directories without success. How can I back them both up?

But I have Icons that are present on Home screen (desktop) that don't appear as an application on the application screen? Here is my delema: My current theme (VODAFONE WHITE) has the front page menu order of:
Voice Mail
Call Log
Email
Text/Media Messages
Calander
But I want to change the theme... except "Voice Mail" isn't an application and therefore its not a movable application to make it appear on the front screen. I would dearly love a new theme (vodafone white is lame!) but it offers exactly the menu I want..
How do I create "Voice Mail" to be an application so that I can move it to one of the first 5 positions and make it appear on the home screen?
The Nokia Message Email application takes longer to get things received and sent out. I like to use the one where it is in the Text Message application but I can't seem to get emails sent out.

I just updated the OS and the Desktop software to the newer versions above. As a result of that my calendar does not synchronize with the MSOutlook. The Desktop Software says that the Calendar is not installed.
If I go to the Selective Restore option he recognizes the Calendar (so the Calendar is there).
I have a couple of emails from the enterprise server that are stuck in my inbox that will not delete no matter how many attempts...all other new messages from server and internet email delete fine like normal, just these two stuck.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI had my BB Torch 9800 for few month. Previously used to work fine, all my emails used to show up in message folder. But these days when I receive emails my bb flashes red and it shows on top of the screen emails icon. But when I open my messages folder it shows empty folder without any emails, even though I can see the email icon showing there is emails awaiting. I do aware of this option that, if I press bb menu and then press show all, my email address with my name will show up. With this way I can view received emails. But I don't want to use this option, as I prefer all my emails goes to message folder, that way I can have more space to download other apps.
Note: if i reboot my device all emails shows up in message folder! I don't want to reboot my device everytime I face this problem.
