My Blackberry 8520 is now showing email messages of 1 month only. I have checked the email setting which is configured to "keep messages" as Forever. Earlier on the same device i was able to see all the email which i have got thorughout year. Phone has 97814897 Bytes memory Free.
My Blackberry 8530 has been giving me this error message for 24 hours: "Desktop Email program unable to submit message." It occurs when I try to reply or send a new message from my "Desktop" email. I have done everything that has been recommended--including a complete wipe and reload of Enterprise Activation. The other email program (non exchange/enterprise) on my blackberry works perfectly fine.
I have a blackberry pearl 9105 running version 6 operating system. My phone continuously lags and tells me that phone memory is low, please delete applications. My phone then freezes and takes forever to respond.
the connection to Outgoing mail failed. cwmx issue? It's doing it on edge and 3G. Any ideas as to what is going on? I'll wait, go to something else, come back to email and get the message after a good bit of time. Even though I get the message, I go to the sent folder and it how's it went out.
I have a couple of emails from the enterprise server that are stuck in my inbox that will not delete no matter how many attempts...all other new messages from server and internet email delete fine like normal, just these two stuck.
I had my BB Torch 9800 for few month. Previously used to work fine, all my emails used to show up in message folder. But these days when I receive emails my bb flashes red and it shows on top of the screen emails icon. But when I open my messages folder it shows empty folder without any emails, even though I can see the email icon showing there is emails awaiting. I do aware of this option that, if I press bb menu and then press show all, my email address with my name will show up. With this way I can view received emails. But I don't want to use this option, as I prefer all my emails goes to message folder, that way I can have more space to download other apps.
Note: if i reboot my device all emails shows up in message folder! I don't want to reboot my device everytime I face this problem.
I'm trying to update my software from my Curve8900 and it said it would take up to 2 hours.. That was 5 hours ago and it's only at 3%. I took the battery out to see if I could escape this but it won't work. No matter what I do it just continues to go back to this software update.
When i receive an email or picture message i am unable to open it, it will try and download it but it will either say download failed or reach 100% and then do nothing. My carrier is koodo mobile but since picture messaging works on other phones i don't believe that is the issue.
A coworker has a DOD encryption device on his computer. Whenever he sends me any email from his computer, I get the feather with the red exclamation point and the message [Unable to decrypt this message]. If I click on the red exclamation point I get the following:Digital signature informationDigital signature error.RROR: Unable to get certificatedata. My previous Droid 1 would display the messages from my coworkers computer without an error. We use a Microsoft Exchange email server. What do I need to do to be able to view emails from this coworker? He forwarded me the same message from his iPhone 3S and I was able to view it. So it has something to do with the encryption. I saw someone had the same problem on the Droid Razr HD / Droid HD MAXX forum.
I have a bb 8330 and I noticed that it takes forever to send pictures, and I mean forever. Probably about 2 minutes. Dont let me send more than one mms or email with pics at a time because it may take about 10 minutes for them all to send. This has never happened with my old palm centro, where sending a pic was instant. Just curious if something is wrong with my device, or is this normal.
I have a BB curve 8320, version 4.5.0.81.I have visited Tmobile, they replaced the SIMM card.I have a 4gb memory card, yet my phone is constantly in the "spinning hour glass mode" and unable to use.I thougth perhaps it was something to do with service in the Austin TX area, but it happened the entire week I was in Colorado and California. This makes the phone useless--what to do?The only solution I have found is to remove and reinsert the battery but this is a pain and soemtimes it does not work.My phone is spinnign right now. And yes, I do a quickpull on it nightly as suggested by T mobile.
Unable to receive incoming email to 1 email account on BB Curve 9330. tried several times Sprint support on phone and at store. Able to send emails from that email but it shows only on desktop. Other email accounts are running just fine.
I have a new blackberry and have given my old one to a friend she has put her Simi in and has managed to connect her WI-FI but is unable to connect her email as it keeps coming up with my email address, bbm also doesn't work it says cannot connect to server, does anybody know how to get it to work?
I'm a new blackberry curve owner, and I am very dependant on my calender. It's just started deleting past entries (anything over 24 hours) even though my settings are to "keep forever". I have contacted my service provider and they said it's because I've run out of memory and calender entries and text messages are low priority. Is there anyway to ensure they don't get deleted? Is there anything I can do (other then set the texts to keep for only 15 days - already done) to ensure I always have enough memory? Is there anyway to recover my deleted entries? I don't have it synched to my computer or outlook.
I'm updating my BlackBerry Curve 8520 device software version from 4.6.1.272 to 4.6.1.314. I used the BlackBerry Desktop Software and clicked the "Update my device" button in updating my BlackBerry Curve device software version. The process was started last Monday, November 15, 2010 but until now is not yet finish (Thursday, November 18, 2010). Is this normal? I cannot disconnect my device because it said that "During these steps, do not disconnect your device or interrupt this process as it could make your device unusable."
I just belatedly installed the latest blackberry update and after doing so, the "new email" icon appeared at the top of my screen telling me I have two new emails. I didn't have any new emails though and now the icon won't go away. What I can do to make the icon go away?
i'vehad the "new email" icon at the top of my screen for a good few weeks now, deleted all my emails from both accounts, checked on my laptop not even any "junk" mail, deleted all my bbms, whatsapps and text messages. Its not a messag from app world or anything, its the icon for a new email. its doing my head in!
how do i get the email indicator to go away. i've checked all email folders with none there and it still shows that i have new emails. not a big deal but i find myself checking just in case......
I just got this phone unlocked and as soon it arrived I tried to add a contact on the bbm or try to sent a message pin to pin message, but I`m unable to do that. When I try to sent this type of message, it`s saying that the service is blocked. I tried to reinstall the bbm and others things, besides to get help at my carrier.
