Apr 16, 2012I have a replacement Blackberry while mine is in getting repaired. When I tried to activate the email account, it says that the password is incorrect. I have changed the password using my computer and my phone (options, device, blackberry id). I can log into my account on the Blackberry website using the updated password but when I try to activate the email account with the password it says incorrect. I have checked the box to show the password so I know that the password has been entered correctly. I've tried about 5 times.

Jan 6, 2012I switched SIMs on my 9300 the other day and I recieved a new text message on it which I read & deleted...I then put in my old SIM and the alert at the top of the screen (envelope with 1) that notifies you when you have a new message was still there!I have deleted all messages, emails, checked all folders, saved folders, rebooted (several hundred times!) yet the notification is still there.

Whilst in the house this is not too much of a problem but when travelling, especially at night when I am in the motorhome, it is a darn nuisance.
