BB Device Software :: No Option To GPS / Automatic Scrolling?

I took the plunge with my first Blackberry (Curve 8530) last month. I'm curious as to why there's no option to have the map automatically scroll while driving? I'm currently using a combination of Blackberry Maps and Google Maps. I can get directions or view the route on the map, but some form of a turn-by-turn feature would be nice (kind of expected to be honest). Am I missing something? I know there are other options re: GPS software for the Blackberry but I've either found those options to be somewhat buggy/non-intuitive OR they are fee-based (TeleNav, Garmin, etc). If I'm going to pay $, I can easily score a dedicated in-car GPS device for <$70.

I've had my BB Torch for 7 months now and I've always had this problem where it will automatically scroll through the icons or scroll down through the messages if I happen to have message open. I don't know how to stop it, I end up turning the phone off and on again and it stops it from happening, but it is only a temporary fix as it always starts up again. it also seems to cause my BB to freeze on me.

i am trying to get samples from ibooks and it tells me to go into the store>settings then enable auto download, but when i go there i have no option for it. It just says: "iTunes in the Cloud Enabling Auto Downloads or downloading a previous purchase will associate this device with your APPLE ID for use with iTunes in the Cloud. "

Is there any way the E72 can be used to have a home screen like the Nokia 6500 whereby there are several options clickable from the main screen via a scrolling option. Where we have the 6 set programs, the 6500 has a really handy scrollable list - there are too many useful programs for the six options to be sufficient.

I have 30 users all with brand new Lumia 800's. We have found the option to set an Outlook "Out of Office" message or automatic reply is missing. From what I have managed to ascertain this should be an option in the Outlook settings below the Synchronisation Settings bar.

I can set the time manually just fine. But the phone isn't super accurate at time keeping so I wanted to set it to auto. But the option just isn't there.
I'm in the U.K with T-Mobile and switched from a Nokia 5530 which had the auto time option. No idea why I can't access it on this phone?

I upgraded my 9360 OS recently from OS 7.0 to v 7.1.0.336, Platform 9.6.0.51. Since the upgrade I no longer have the option to delete e-mails on handheld only or on the server as well. I really enjoyed having the option to delete totally or just from my handheld and then view the mail later on my pc.When I delete a mail from my BB now, it just deletes it from my device and leaves it on the server without the option to delete it there as well.

I have the error 507 in my device BB 8320. I have run the Java Loader to uninstall the OS because I had problems with my carrier. Now I tried to update the soft from the new DTM (6.0) but this one does not give me the option "Update device". What can I do? After upgrading to 5.1.1 - my handsfree kit connects with iPhone still fine, but it has become impossible to hear any calls through it?! Whereas, I used to have an option to "choose audio output" (iPhone, speaker, or handsfree device), there is now only the standard built-in speaker option - as though no Bluetooth were connected. The handsfree device (Blueant S4) is connected and contacts synced, and still allows me to make calls - and yet, the audio of the phone calls can only be from the iPhone itself.

My new X6 arrived today. My initial reaction was fairly positive but I have a few questions and would be grateful for some advice please.First off, my old phone (N95) had an extremely handy Home Media Server feature. I would've thought the X6 would have something similar considering it is a multi-media type device. However, i'm unable to find such a feature. Could someone advise if Nokia have dropped the HMS for this model please?
Also, most of my passwords for internet logons and email etc were all created using a generator with random letters, numbers and characters. On my N95, I was able to copy/paste this info and save a lot of time when setting up mail accounts and other apps. I know the X6 does support copy/paste but the paste option isn't present for many password boxes. Is there a way around this please?

No matter how hard I look I simply cannot find the select runtime option in the developer's menu to switch to ART. It's simply not there. I have a Rogers LG G3 and the device performance has been pretty sluggish since I bought the thing.

My iphone asked if I wanted to update and I hit yes. It said to plug into ITunes so I did. My only option is to "restore". It didn't ask if I want to backup first.I don't have service on phone and I don't want to restore. How can I go back to "not" restoring?

I turned it on this morning and was checking my email, as I was scrolling down it started scrolling down on it's own super fast and just kept scrolling until it got to the bottom. I'm having trouble using the trackpad to scroll up, even in the menu, it keeps wanting to scroll down. I've tried taking the battery out and back in, I'm not sure what else to try.

recently my lock button at the top hasn't be working properly, it will lock, but then won't unlock until he 10th push. Also the trackpad sometimes does not scroll up, only left and right. Also some of my letter/number keys (all the ones under the trackpad) haven't been working the first time I press them! Also the camera button isn't working sometimes, it clicks to take, but doesn't do the first mini click to focus. And lastly my ALT button hasn't been working sometimes. I've done reboots and it doesn't help. The wierd thing is, all the problems are intermittent.

Okay i've had the phone 4months on contract with the phone brand new, and it just randomly scrolls up when i usaully in a windy or cold area, I am not sure why it does it as i have taken care of the phone very well and still looks quite new, I have sent it off for repair but i just want to know why it has done it and will they be able to repair it

My trackpad on my 9300 is scrolling by itself, when I start scrolling on bbm, fb, menu etc. It will start scrolling down by itself when not in use. It's really bugging me and don't know how to fix it. Does anyone know how to make it stop or fix it?
