My blackberry curve 9320 has had a constant green light in the LED space since I woke up this morning. It's not flashing, and the red flashing light for messages does appear with it when i have a notification, but the green light always returns... I've tried taking out the battery, but the green light is the first thing that comes on when the battery is replaced. |I then let the battery run down and then charged it again, but the green light remains... What is it? And how can I fix it?
I have had my HS-700 since August of 2010 and haven't had any major issues with it. But this morning, when I went to unplug it from the charger, the green light was constantly blinking and it didn't take the charge. Nothing happens when I turn it on and the green light starts blinking again when I plug it back in.
I have only had it af ew days (brought second hand) and it worked fine for the first day and I ordered a sim to go in and now its just not charging or turning on, I tried taking the sim out to do it too but it didn't work and it has a constant red/orange light on while its plugged in to charge. Also, I have tried leaving it charging for like an hour but it still just wont turn on..
When my phone is plugged in and fully charged the green light is not coming on, also it's losing charge very quickly and keep bringing up the hour glass clock, delaying things. I cleared my logs but nothing changed.
When I turn off my phone at nights (the "Turn Power Off" button), I leave it in the charger next to my bed. After this the greenish yellowish LED light starts blinking to tell me its charging. I absolutely hate that light and can't stand it. I'm not talking about the green coverage indicator light, which is different. Is there any way to turn this off completely?
When your battery is low your phone flashes a red light. However, my Motorola Cliq 2 has a solid red light that will not shut off. I have a full charge on my battery and no notifications pending. I did go into settings to try and change the notification led but nothing is working. I've noticed that the red light will not shut off when powering down the phone. After removing the battery the red light will go away but as soon as the battery is back in the phone the light appears again..even when the phone is off. I have tried to place a battery from another device but the light still appears with the other battery as well.
I have a green light on the back of my Torch 9810 that never goes out, even when I remove the battery. It is the same bulb where the flash for my camera is. Is there a reason this light is on that I don't know about? Is there a way to get it to turn off? I'm new to BlackBerry from an iPhone.
I don't see any notifications anywhere to clear other than the quick toggles I use. I'm thinking those might be the culprit since they're basically just an omnipresent notification, and the light stops blinking for a time once I pull the notification shade down. Having a constant green light going off? Also, whatever it is could be the same thing that's keeping the CPU awake all the time. It doesn't seem to be affecting battery life too much though.
So I noticed the green and red lights ( talk and end buttons) and the track pad don't light up at night. I believe my Bold used to light up. Have I done something to change in options.
The green indicator light in the top right corner will not turn off. It's been on for over a week now, and remains on even when the phone is powered down. I even let the battery drain completely, and it remained on. Also, the other indicator lights, do not seem to be working. My friend recently knocked my phone off of a table, and while I have a case for it, I'm wondering if the two might be related.
Got a new Bold today. Just as on my old BB, when I have a new email message or text the indicator light flashes red. But all the rest of the time it is flashing green. How do I turn that off?
My torch 9800 has a green light blinking at the top. This is where the red light normally blinks when I receive a message. What made the light blink green, and how can I get it to stop?
I can't stop the green LED light from flashing as it has been doing it for the last week and the battery is going down very fast. I have tried options and turned off the LED screens.
Anybody have any idea why my BB 8530's normally green blinking light gets solid red? A battery pull is the only way I've found to get it back to blinking green.
Put my sim free s6 on charge last night (wireless) as i always do and when i woke up the green led was flashing quite fast.
I went to wake the phone up using home button and nothing, nothing from powerbutton either. Tried holding down powerbutton and have also tried charging manually but still nothing. What was strange also was that i did not get any charging sound when i inserted the cable to try an charge it.
I am pretty sure its charged though...just will not turn on.
My green led flashes when I turn on the wifi. When I turn the wifi off the light goes off. But I want the light off when my wifi is on. Is this possible?
I was taking some low light pictures over the last few days and it seems that some of them are still plagued with the green tint issue that some users have been talking about for many months. I have attached two samples to show what I am talking about. I am a Lumia 1520 user with Cyan update. The sample shots were night time pictures on tripod with low ISO and long exposure time.

On the horizontal shot, please check the area slightly above the middle, you should notice a green line going across the picture and then everything below that has a greenish tint to it. For the other picture, you should see two vertical lines at the top of the picture near the middle a bit above the statue. I used both ProShot and Nokia Camera and they both showed the same issue so I don't think it is a software issue but rather more of a hardware or firmware problem. Not all low light pictures I took has the issue though which makes it more bizarre. I doubt it is the camera module on my phone because my daylight pictures are fine and many of my low light pictures are good (or at least the tint is not noticeable).
I can't seem to find anything in the owners manual about: What it means when the green light (advises messages or missed call) is Orange rather than the normal green?
Today I picked up my phone and tried to press the wake/power on button. Nothing happened. The green LED is on and solid, the screen is black (sleeping) and it refuses to wake up. The phone did not get wet, I did not drug it, it did not do some heavy exercises, it was sitting on the table, it is not tired. So, what am I supposed to do now? How do I wake it up?
I received a new pair of BH-905i headphones from Amazon.com yesterday. Last night I connected the charger to let it charge overnight and noted that the charging light was read, meaning connection was good. This morning, the charing light is still red, not green. Does it mean this unit and/or the charger is faulty?
I've searched my manual up and down but I can't work out what this irritating Green flashing Light is on the top right hand corner of my Blackberry Torch. Any Ideas how I can turn it off?
