Very recently my droid bionic went black and has a constant white LED light showingDoes anyone else have this problem and if so what does it mean?

Whats that all about? I currently have 3G only (we get 4G in Oct!!!) and it changes color sometimes from blue to white. I assume people have ssen this with 4G coverage too. Why does my phone do this?

When panning with this camera across different scenes the Auto White balance is constanly bouncing the color all over the place, it's distracting. There needs to be some ay to manualy set the white ballance.

View 4 Replies View RelatedA friend of mine has another brand Android and all of his basic phone screens have a black background, which I find more appealing than the dark blue on the BIONIC. I've looked all around the settings areas and cannot locate a place to change the colors.I am not speaking about the wallpaper. But the actual window background in the stock programs which come on the BIONIC.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI tried it and the Smart Actions at almost the same time. My alarm went wack so I uninstalled both. I had thought Smart Actions helped my battery because I accidentally left the screen in never sleep and the next morning it had not died. But the alarm caused the screen to go black and when I clicked to set an alarm it went black and even caused a restart. I have never had a black screen/lockup before. I uninstalled both and all is well.

If so, what in the blue hell is this about?? How do ya fix it and can it be fixed without having to send it in for repair?? The last color pic (last pic period) I took was last sunday afternoon and sometime in between then and now it geeked out!!! I tried to take a pic since then and figured maybe it needed a break and I just tried again, same thing...

View 3 Replies View RelatedIf you have read my posts you know that I am now on Bionic #3. Unfortunately this one has issues as well. One of those issues is the proximity sensor doesn't work correctly. It will work for a little while and then a reboot is required to make it work again. If you don't know what the proximity sensor is, it is a sensor at the top of the phone that detects when you have the phone near your face. It will cut the screen on/off so that your face doesn't hit the keypad. It is very annoying and almost impossible to make phone calls with this sensor messed up.

I thought this recent update last week would make it better but it hasn't. I hear different things from Verizon tech support and going in to the store. Tech support saying it may be a bad phone and had me pop out the sim card.

View 4 Replies View RelatedThis botched release of ice cream has taken a lot of time. Support personnel don't know the product. I've been disconnected twice from Motorola personnel. That's an old trick - hang up on the customer in mid-sentence - pretend it's a phone problem - don't call back.
I've figured out most of the goop. The last problem I have is that I do get the green notification light for text messages but it's gone for e-mails. Does anyone know how to get the light back?
Motorola, you did a poor job with this release. Support personnel don't know the product and you are way understaffed to handle all the calls.
I get a flashing blue or green light in the upper right hand corner of my phone, next to the proximity sensor. Does anyone know what the notifications are for? I know its for a new message but what color is for what message? I looked all over the user guide but it doesn't tell me which color is for which notification. The colors don't seem to be consistent with the new messages I get.

View 5 Replies View RelatedAs usual, went to look at phone, BSOD, green blinking light. Battery pull, reboot. Don't know why the green light was blinking, there were no new messages, on the phone after the reboot. Ok, now after the reboot I had no data connecetion at all now. Took about 10 minutes, I kept playing with the settings and the data finally came back. It was 4G full bars, go figure. Im in Las Vegas not a new fringe area. I can take any issure or bug with this phone except this one, where the phone goes dead and you never know it. I just don't understand. Their actually gonna make me take it on the chin and go buy a different phone.
View 12 Replies View RelatedRecently, my location shows as Texas but am actually in Maryland. If I am using wi-fi, the location shows correctly. It shows incorrectly when on 4G. I tried rebooting, de-selecting location services settings and rebooting but still have this issue.

If I remove the external card, I can see the internal storage, but I can't see them together. I just want to make sure this is reported somewhere. View 3 Replies View RelatedIs it me or does it seem that the battery graphic on the notification bar is not telling the true story? The phone (in settings) and widgets say 70% but the icon is in no way close to 3/4 full. It looks more like 90%. It always looks fuller then the battery truly is. I do understand that 70% can be anywhere between 70-79 but that's not close to what it shows on top. It's like Apple and the signal bars and how they showed higher then reality.

About a week ago the sync to my twitter account stopped working stating there was a username password problem. I double checked and I have the correct username and password. I changed the password online but that didn;t I've tried deleting the account from "my accounts" and it keeps telling me that the username / password are incorrect? Any workaround?
View 5 Replies View RelatedWhen your battery is low your phone flashes a red light. However, my Motorola Cliq 2 has a solid red light that will not shut off. I have a full charge on my battery and no notifications pending. I did go into settings to try and change the notification led but nothing is working. I've noticed that the red light will not shut off when powering down the phone. After removing the battery the red light will go away but as soon as the battery is back in the phone the light appears again..even when the phone is off. I have tried to place a battery from another device but the light still appears with the other battery as well.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI wanted to use my Blackberry, so I took it out. I pressed the back button, so my screen would show. The screen was black, so I decided to press the end call button (Red). Still, nothing seemed to light up, the screen was black. So I removed my battery, put it back in. The LED light turned red for a couple of minuets, then turned off but the screen was still black. Tried connecting it to my USB Cable to the computer + the charge cable, but both to no prevail. I then thought maybe my screen is just temporarily bugging, maybe a call would do the trick. I tried calling my phone, but it went straight to voicemail. (Meaning the phone is off). The LED light shows, so what could be the problem?
