Im on orange pay as you go and every month I top up 10 pounds and bbm and other internet services take 5 pounds out, I topped up later than usual but normally bbm works the next day and I topped up on Saturday and it is now Monday, I try and send myself a pin to see if that works but all it says is 'message status: service blocked'

i've had my blackberry for 5 months now and bbm has always worked fine up until the other day, it randomly stopped sending messages, it will send one every now and then but usually just shows the clock icon for hours, I tried deleting bbm from the core applications and re-installing it but i'm still having the exact same problem but now i can't see anyones display pictures. I can still recieve messages fine though

I recently discovered that I am not able to send pictures using BBM to my husband. I am able to send pictures via BBM to ALL my other contacts.I have removed him as a contact and re-added him.I have deleted BBM entirely and re-downloaded it using APP world and re added contacts.None of these seem to work. And my husband is the only person I can't share photo's with...and is the person whom I share photo's with the most of our child.

Since I updated the BBM I can not send or receive messages, this update is a disaster, Due to the fact that I'm traveling, I do not have the roaming services and have been using BB services via WIFI and Now I canīt connect to the BBM at all.I need help because I am very upset with this update. View 3 Replies View RelatedThe curve worked fine until about a week ago now it wont let me send or receive mails, when I try to set up email settings it replies (after a long while of trying) I contacted my provider who told me to try a couple of things which included removing the battery and I could keep contacting them but it will cost a fortune eventually.

I txt someone and it shows the check mark on the side to tell me is send but the person only receives after 30 min or so

View 3 Replies View RelatedWhenever I try to send images from my BB to my laptop, I receive a "Failed to find service" message. Sending images to my BB from my laptop works perfectly fine.
Originally I received error messages about missing 'peripheral devices', but I've since followed instruction to install them, and resolved that error. I thought this would enable me to send and receive files to/from my BB without issue, but the "sending" part still won't work. I've also tried removing my BB from my Laptop's Devices, and vise versa, then re-pairing them. This also doesn't seem to have any effect.

I've been trying to upload a photo to facebook but its not happening. I've done it before, but all I get is 'uploading photo', and the the dial going round, waited for ages, 10mins at one point, but just got fed up!

I recently checked my phone bill and found that the phone seems to be sending data to Blackberry on numerous occassions each day and also accessing the internet without me doing. anything. On one day alone data was sent 36 times. I have contacted Vodafone. They say this is normal, but I have had the phone since April this year and have never seen this amount of data-sending before. The wifi works fine with viber and facebook apps and it works with internet browsing, but I can't send messages using Whatsapp. I am not receiving friends' messages either. When I check my account status for Whatsapp, it says, "Your account type could not be determined. The most common explanation is that you have not been able to connect to the server yet."

My BBM was working fine before the number was transferred accross, but now if I send a message, a tick appears to say its been sent, but there is no 'D' to say delivered, and the recipient doesn't recieve it.
Are there any phone numbers or email addresses I could use to talk to someone about this? Or are these forums the only way to get support?
After uptading my BB 9300 Curve from os 5 to os 6 (6.0.0.570) I can not resize picture when trying to send it as MMS attachment. (i see only information that the limit of the maximum picture size is exceeded). Resizing works only when I want to attach file to e-mail message (I see dialog where I can choose picture size / resulotion). Before update (in os5 ) i had this resizing dialog for both: MMS and e-mail.Is there any possibility to fix this problem and enable this dialog when attaching pictures to MMS? The dialog with resizing options still does not work but it scales the pictures automatically to be send via MMS.me.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have had my bb curve for a few months now, no real problems. suddenly it refuses to grab net, any other servers, or send/receive any mms. tried the battery pull reboot several times, no change. signal showes 1xev. signal strength is fine. followed several other forms of advice given on other similar problems, they either dont apply or dont fix the problem. problem started two days ago.

It stops at a certain point and won't continue. I've change the battery several times and it still does the same thing.
