BB Curve :: Messages Not Sending After Having Phone
Sep 9, 2012
Whenever i am talking to someone on bbm, the messages suddenly come up with a red clock. This happens basically every 10-15 minutes. I pull out the battery and wait for it to load
How to get the HTC one to stop sending old texts messages after a reboot? If my phone dies, is updated, or I need to turn it off, when I turn it back on it will send some really old texts and a lot of them.
i've had my blackberry for 5 months now and bbm has always worked fine up until the other day, it randomly stopped sending messages, it will send one every now and then but usually just shows the clock icon for hours, I tried deleting bbm from the core applications and re-installing it but i'm still having the exact same problem but now i can't see anyones display pictures. I can still recieve messages fine though
10 days ago, I downloaded the update of the BBM, as I was notified by App World. Since I updated the BBM I can not send or receive messages, this update is a disaster, Due to the fact that I'm traveling, I do not have the roaming services and have been using BB services via WIFI and Now I can“t connect to the BBM at all.I need help because I am very upset with this update. My Blackberry is the CURVE 9300.I have uninstalled the BBM and then re installed it, but it still does not work After reading the comments on this update I realized that everyone is complaining.
I have a blackberry curve 9380. I don't use BIS plans, I just use our dorm wifi (public) connection. The wifi works fine with viber and facebook apps and it works with internet browsing, but I can't send messages using Whatsapp. I am not receiving friends' messages either. When I check my account status for Whatsapp, it says, "Your account type could not be determined. The most common explanation is that you have not been able to connect to the server yet."
I have had a lot of issues with the N97 and on the dawn or ordering a replacement, this happened: The phone froze whilst trying to send a message, so I turned it off and back on. The message was still in the Outgoing box and did send after all, however, all messages in the Inbox, the Sent box, personal folders, etc. have all disappeared!
Now, my phone stored a lot of business messages with important information as well as many personal messages with a lot of emotional attachment. No other data disappeared, contacts and calendar entries are all there!
My BBM has stopped sending or recieving messages.Whenever I try to send a message, it makes the sending symbol that looks like ))) but then a big red cross like this X comes up. I've tried re-booting about 10 times, and also updating my version of BBM to the newest possible version, but nothing has worked. It's not a connection issue, because my internet, 3G, Facebook, Twitter, Texts and Emails are all working. I've tried connecting my phone to my wifi instead of the 3G I pay for, but with still no luck. Also, my data usage is fully topped up and nothing wrong with my service provider O2.
Since midday yesterday I have been able to send SMS (and recipient is receiving them) however I can not receive anyones SMS to me. I have updated the Blackberry software and have rebooted several times since.
Its completely stopped sending and receiving messages. Ive tried the battery pull and that worked for a while but now there's a red x beside every message I send. I've also deleted and reinstalled BBM but no luck.
Does anyone have problems sending photos using text messages?? Sometimes people receive them and other times they do not. I have one person that has an iphone and she can never receive a photo from me but yet she can send them fine. I just had someone send me a photo just now and I was trying to forward it to everyone on my contact list and it would not send it. Very frustrating. I never had this problem on my other phones.
I have been successfully sending messages but a short while ago my message sending failed with the following statement "requested facility not subscribed." I have always been able to send messages without any problems.
I'm using nokia 5800 model. In that two messages got failed while sending and stored in Outbox. I tried to delete those two messages. But the status of those two msgs has been changed to 'Deferred' and are not getting deleted. I restarted the mobile, but again its there in the Outbox. I tried PC Suite to delete those messages. But those messages are not getting listed in the PC Suite. Kindly Suggest some solution for this problem
1) When sending text messages the messages go through but some remain in the outbox. They are actually sent, and not waiting for resend. The only option when selecting them is to delete, which removes them from the conversation threads. It doesn't seem to be related to service, but to whether I am using the phone for any other purpose at the time.
2) When connected to a car BT system, shut off car, BT seems to go into a black hole. You can't reconnect, can't make a call (well, it makes a call, but you can't hear anything; can't play music, etc.). The only solution is reboot. This happens with multiple systems in different brands of auto, so not limited to one brnad.
I have an annoyance I wish to get fixed. When I am sending an email through the browser, not the blackberry's integrated email function, after the message is sent, the recipient recieves 10-20 messages. I sent an email to my work boss and he recieved 110 copies of the exact same email. YES, I only hit send once. This occurs with outlook express online, using two different email accounts from two different websites.
I tested this out again just now, and sure enough, I got 12 copies of my test email to my personal account. My phone was telling me I have all 5 connectivity bars when I sent the message. If I were to guess, this would be a connectivity issue or maybe something involving my wireless carrier, but I figured here would be a good place to start

I'm having problems sending txt messages. They will sit in their bubble saying sending for what seems like hours. (Not really) No matter the signal or where I'm at.
Picture Messaging on Vzw has been acting up on my v10 the last 2 days. Issues with both the stock apps and message plus from vzw. If I send a picture to someone sometimes they get it and sometimes they don't.
For the last couple of weeks my HTC one has had to be rebooted occasionally when I have tried to send a text message, I have noticed a pending icon next to the message when checking for a reply. As soon as I have rebooted the phone the message is sent.
one Message/iMessage conversation I have on my iPhone... So here is the deal. I have sent a few iMessages to a person but some of them have been sent as SMS text messages, probably because of bad network. Anyway, all of them have been read (that is what the read receipts account) and yet the line on the top of the screen says 'Sending...' ! But there is nothing to send anymore!
I've already tried quitting the app and turning my phone off/on and since I would like to keep that conversation, I'm not really keen on deleating it.
my iphone 4s is not sending SMS messages - when i go to settings, messages, send as SMS is ON, however the receive at is showing as an email address not my mobile number - the field is grey out so i can not edit this.I have tried a re-set, re-boot and still no joy?
MY iMessages intermittently work, sometimes send twice by text not imessage, sometimes not at all and I don't always receive messages. Already trys reset several times.
I got a text of my sister and when i tried to reply to the message and all it kept doing is saying 'message failed to be delivered' and so i tried it to someone else and it wouldn't work with them and only i message works and facebook app messenger won't load conversationsĀ
I purchased an unlocked C3 from Amazon.com for a Christmas present and up until last week, had no problems with it. Then it stopped sending text messages. I called AT&T and they said they can't do anything since they didn't sell the phone to me.
One thing I have noticed if you have friends with several phones with them. Let's say Bob has phone A he carries all the time, phone B for work and phone C for boasting. He sends a SMS to you from phone C (the phone he always forgets to his car or somewhere else). The message comes to your Lumia phone to the same conversation-line as all the other previous messages from him. You can't actually see from witch phone it came. You answer to it and he never responds, because you mistakenly sent it to the phone in a glove compartment.
