I need an app or solution to remind me by sound every 14 minutes and then by snoozing it after 14 minutes again and again. How can I manage this?
Is there an app which can manage this or a function in the bb bold 9000?
I have a Bold 9000 that started out with the original Rogers operating system some time in 2008. I've upgraded it through various 4.6 (or is it 4.7?) OS versions and I'm now on 5.0.0.662 (I haven't gone to .681 yet mostly because I keep forgetting). On every single version of 5.0 I've tried (Wind, Azercell, etc) I have run into two problems.
1. The camera takes pictures that are way too bright when using the flash. It's like it doesn't reduce the exposure time when the flash is on - almost every flash picture is totally white. This happens in auto flash and when you force the flash on. Pictures without the flash work the way you'd expect them to.
2. I can't snooze the alarm using a side key while it's in the holster any more. The alarm ringtone starts playing, I press the volume up or down key while the phone is still in the holster. On OS 4.6, this would cause the alarm to snooze for ten minutes. On OS 5.0 it just restarts the alarm sound! Totally pointless. This is especially annoying for me as I need to take pills on a 12 hour basis and so I have alarms going off at least twice a day, every day.
I switch my E72 phone off for the night. In the morning the alarm rings, and I like the snooze function, I snooze several times (5 minutes).However, every now and then, the phone will not ring after a few snoozes, but will remain silent (and I get late).Usually does it after 25 minutes (5 snoozes),I cannot switch the phone on - I have to take out the battery, and put it back.Then it will immediately ring - usually shows the last snooze time, but of course I will have to set the time.It has been to the service, but this problem has remaind, but it is very annoying, usually it is very important not to be late!

On my old nokia 6300 I had the option of turning the snooze off from settings. I have looked through the manual but cannot find anything that says how to turn the option off totally. How to alter the snooze time but not how to disable it.

In this phone I press the unlock button and it seems to snooze but it has just gone quiet! At 530 in the morning I am having a little trouble pressing the tiny unlock button then touching the screen to unlock it then having to press the correct side so that it will snooze and not turn off! There is a reason the snooze button is so big on an alarm clock! Is there any way to change how the snooze functions? I think I may be unlocking the phone and hitting the touch screen or something - is there someway to turn the touchscreen off at night or something?

When I got the hone it started off with 5 mins, then automatically changed to 7 mins, and now 9 mins. I cannot find where to change it.

(.....makes for some challenging fumbling in the morning, which has yet to land my bb in my נעגל וואסער) Previously touching any key triggered snooze Escalating mode doesn't seem to escalate! That was a good feature. Has anyone else noticed this? Are they bugs or am I missing something. Or perhaps something became corrupted when I transferred settings from my 9000.

It works for 1 or 2 minutes and then it stops working for 2 or 3 minutes, this is a loop ! if I don't use for a couple of hours it will work more, about 15 minutes and then stops working !!! whats wrong with may iphone, which part is damaged ?:(( when touch screen stops working, all keys work correctly, home key & others )

I took the battery out for the first time and since putting it back in my BB now vibrates and the led light flashes yellow every 2minutes or so. View 1 Replies View RelatedSo my phone wont charge properly and I cant work out if its the battery or the slot you put the charger in whenever I put an actual charger in the phone it doesn't charge properly the little emblem to say its charging will disappear within 2 mins however when I plug my usb from my computer into my phone it decides to charge. Once its charged it'll die within probably an hour or half an hour it will go from 40% to 8% within 5 minutes. So whether to get a new battery or product that can charge my battery without having to put any usb lead actually in my phone.

I can forward e-mails fine but if I hit reply, I get every option except "send". Now, I am getting them but there's allot of lag time. My PC inbox gets them right away but it takes my blackberry 20 minutes after it's sent to get sometimes. I tried multiple e-mails and same thing so I know the problem is not the email server and I also have no problems with my BIS and when I send emails with my BB they're sent to the inbox immediately.

The track pad on the screen shows only the + sign on top of the tracking pad but the - sign has disappeared, in the panel it shows zoom at 1.0x. I have pressed the accessory bottom and the function for zoom in and out have disappeared as well. The letter commands on the key board for zooming in and out don't work either. I would appreciate any assistance I can get.

View 7 Replies View RelatedEver since I updated the softward on my device (about a week ago) my lock function doesn't work. I have set all the same securities as before (Options/Password/Enable) however when I push the "Lock" button on the top of the device it only locks they keypad. If I push it again it simply unlocks the device, it does not prompt for a password. I have to wait for the device to reach it's security time out before there is a password prompt to unlock.

It's not something that you can even really see unless you move it back and forth under a light (and I'm not that vain) but it got me wondering about the possibility of deeper scratches possibly affecting the function of the track pad?? I have babied this thing for the last week, and still got a fine surface scratch, so more heavy usage could possibly result in deeper scratches down the road. Although a very fine surface scratch might not affect the function, could a deeper one affect it?? And if that happens, how easily can the track pad be changed out by a local technician (or yourself)?
