BB Bold :: 9790 When Make A Call / Handset Speaker Is Not Working
Nov 11, 2012I bought bold 9790 four months back during June'12. When i make a call, handset speaker is not working and i am not able to listen to the caller when it is in handset mode. When i opt for speaker mode, i can listen to the caller. Is there any option which would've got changed by mistake OR is it speaker related problem.

Oct 19, 2012My observation is that REBOOT issue some how related to battery level reader s/w or something. because as soon as battery level goes below 80%(approx), device start rebooting and after some reboots it shows battery level in "red'.
Remove battery put back and 80% cases reboot cycle stops and battery level is normal. However it remains for some time only. try to make/recv call and it starts rebooting again.

Feb 24, 2010Recently I have been getting a problem with my 9700 Blackberry. When I make or receive calls, I can not hear anything out of my handset. The person on the other line can hear fine (Usually with me going Hello Hello a million times!) The only time I can hear anything is when I have my bluetooth on or switching it to speakerphone.
I tried doing the soft reset (battery pull when the phone was still on) ...still nothing. Although it did work a couple of times. Its on and off, but recently the situation has gone from bad to worse.Anyone out there with the 9700 with the same issue? It's really annoying and I do use the phone a lot for important calls.

Feb 16, 2010I gave my sister my old curve its about 1 1/2 yrs old. the day i gave it to her the phone worked just fine but after she flew back home the battery would only last her a few minutes. i told her to try a new battery but it still has not changed anything. i even got her to upgrade to 5.0 just to see if it would make any difference but it doesnt.
she barely uses any apps, and mostly uses the phone for emailing.on standby it will every 10minutes or so the battery life will go down by 10%, and after a few texts or a minute or two on a call the phone will just die. she can pretty much just use it when its connected to a power source.Seems like a phone issue but there is no warranty on it

I've disabled my Icloud Account too. and the problem persists, i really dont know what to do.Â

I've had plenty of blackberries and this is taking the longest. I have no clue as to why it takes so long - I dont have any apps really installed, and no pictures/music, etc. loaded.

Jun 30, 2014My iPhone lost almost 10% of battery in about 35 minutes while I was listening to music. All of my apps were closed and my phone was locked. This has happened a few times. Shouldn't it have lost 0%-2% instead? My phone even loses around 3%-4% at night when I'm sleeping but I only use the timer to wake up at a certain time. All the other apps are closed. I've turned off the unimportant features in settings but it's still losing battery. Should I just get a new phone?
