I purchased my c7 on 3rd September 2011.its battery gets heated excessively especially when i use 3g facility.i contacted nokia care center.they referred for software update.software was updated 2 times.my headphone also got complaint in between this.i cant even hold the phone in my hand due to overheating.even when i play game for 5 minutes,the phone becomes hot excessively.

I've had the 3D for a few weeks now and overall think it's a great smartphone. I was expecting poor battery life but on two occasions it went from fully charged to brick dead overnight (6-7 hours). Most apps, bluetooth and GPS off. I haven't experienced such quick drain during the day when I'm using it. I have also noticed an excessive amount of heat while charging.

While on call, it happens sometimes. I have updated to latest using Zune. I am thinking this is a glitch in WP7 and can be fixed with a OS firmware update but maybe the handset is also at fault?

I find it very irritating that the phone has no facility for date and time to be set from the network, particularly as my Lumia 800 did have this facility, as have alll my smartphones for the last few years, including iPhones and various flavours of Android phones, all on the Telstra network. Why does the Lumia 900 not have this facility as it is definitely supported both by the Telstra network and by the previous Lumia 800. It also doesnt help that the Lumia 900 is very inaccurate without this facility. It is beyond belief that the phone does not have what I consider to be basic, taken for granted functionality.

My wife and I both have icons. With both of our phones, it seems to take an excessively long time for the phone to identify that it has been plugged in to charge. In some cases, it won't give the notification sound for upwards of a minute. I don't think I've had a single phone that actually did that.
