My Screen Turned white a couple minutes ago It was fine this morning but now I cant use any thing exept for my speed dials I did not drop it or caused it any physical problem I ve tried to unplug/plug the battery then i tried to restore it and to download an update Its a Bold 9780 my provider is Telus and the phone is not even a year old...
View 2 RepliesI don't know what happened. One minute I was charging my phone via my macbook, the next minute, it was ringing and all I saw is a blank (white) screen. I answered the call and then, I turned off my phone (by pulling out the batteries). I tried turning it off (again by pulling out the batteries) a couple of times, but all to no avail.
Initially, I though my sytem crashed, but I don't think it's completely busted because my alarm made a resounding noise this morning.
i have a bb bold 9780. two days ago it the screen just turned white and i cant see anything on the screen. however can still recieve calls, texts bbms.i'm lost with out my phone and my insurance was cancelled?

I then delete a couple applications off the phone such as Myspace and Facebook to free some memory. Then phone had to be rebooted to complete deletion. After reboot, the phone screen turned white and froze. To unfreeze I had to remove the battery. When I put the battery back in, it would not turn on anymore. Could the update have fried the phone altogether?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have an issue with permanent restarting and no service in my N5. I have bought it like this for very nice price with hope to restore it. It had CM11 with restarting and no service issues when I received it.
I decided to try hard reset and after many tries with Nexus Root Toolkit and LG Flashtool I have ended with 4.4.4. with quite "stable" performance (it is working fine for couple minutes periods between restarts).
In bootloader there is no issue with restarting so it looks like system problem to me but I am not sure...

I have an LG G3. When I open an email I get a white screen for several minutes. I will open an email then read a couple FB posts before I can actually see the email. It can also take several minutes to actually update or delete emails. It has taken me 40 minutes to open and send 6 emails.

Upon taking it out of my bag that morning (where there were no liquids), I was horrified to discover that the entire left and middle part of the screen was white, with a gradual faded clearing toward the right. Sounds were still working, I could place calls, but of course can't read any of my contacts or text messages, or commands on my phone. It will be 24 hours submerged in rice as of today until about 3pm

It came back on it worked for a few days then went out again. After a week or two it came back on and today it went out again. I dropped my last phone in the toilet and that piece of **bleep** wont stop working for anything but a drop of gatorade kills my whole BB screen ughhh...Is there a solution to this problem??

Both my wife and I have the Atrix 2 and have been pretty happy, especially since it is our first smartphones. Problem is with the FM Radio. When she is using her every (and I mean every) 45 minutes her phone shuts of the radio. I don't have any problems with mine. I tried going to both phone screen by screen and we both have everything set the same.

After i put it into charge - then only a successful start is done. So the only solution as of now i have - is whenever my blackberry hangs - i need to remove the battery - insert it again - and immediately put it into charging via USB/Electric-Power. Tried to connect to wifi in an airport without success and deletetd the profile. I've never used the wifi before and don't plan on using it again. Now I can't get rid of the inactive grey wifi icon on my homescreen, and occasionally I find my phone connected to AT&T public wifi in random places. I've tried restoring default wifi settings to no avail.
