is there a way i can open pdf and word or two word docs at the same time? I'm using BB9900, OS 7. If it's impossible, is there any way to work around it like changing the pdf to jpeg or something?

The same link suggest to copy the address and to surf it with the normal websearch.I need to open and read .pdf.

Any time I tried to, I got an error message telling me that "the pdf could not be opened because there is a pending dialogue on documents to go. close this dialogue and try again". o2 were like, bugger off! So, I have deleted documents to go thinking there was no point in having it as it didn't work properly. On App World I cannot find any alternative pdf readers - even thoguh an internet search suggests they are out there - and I cannot find anywhere where I can redownload documents to go.

I was using 8520 before swapping to 9780. I observed the document To Go is corroupted so I deleted so as to reinstall but unfortunately each time i try it on the bb application world it display "not available for this device" and using the desktop, the application is not in the folder. how to reinstall the application.

Where in the last version it was pretty easy to select silent and vibration mode by pulling down the top of the screen.Now I can't figure out how to select vibrate notification anymore.I can't close all the open apps at one time anymore where there was a button for that in the last versionAnd I can't close my browser Window anymore.

I'm not able to use the camera in any application either. I've tried pressing on the rear camera and that hasn't worked yet. i have factory reset it and restored it many times. My camera cannot be open. I am always getting a message saying that the camera is being used by another application,but there seems no other applications running. The firmware version was 2.1 -update1 at first and after updating it with the same version, the problem still exists with very short standby time.
