Jul 29, 2012left the country for 4 days and when I returned, I can't receive emails. I can send them though!!

Feb 5, 2012My bb tour 9630 won't send or receive emails and bbm. The phone sill works. Services Status tells me I am not connected but I can't connect. It stopped working yesterday.

Jan 28, 2012So I noticed that when I send an email through Exchange. I end up sending anywhere between 3 and 15 emails. and also get a "message not sent" display at the notifcation bar. My other incoming emails (except gmail) I get between 10 and 20 copies of emails coming in. I have tried restarting, reinitializing the email clients. etc with no avail.

Feb 23, 2010An employees phone recently took a few spills and was upgraded by corporate. I backed up his old AT&T Curve 8310 before I rolled his number over to his new Verizon Bold 8650 yesterday.Everything was working properly, but due to time constraints I didn't get a chance to restore his contacts/info over to this new phone until this morning and this I think is where I created a problem. After I did a restore on the new Bold, the ability to send/recieve emails as well as text messages stopped (of course I don't hear about this until he's left the office and is off to the airport). The phone will still send/recieve calls, but email/texts (and presumably web) are a no go. His emails are currently being delivered via POP/webmail and every time he tries to send out an email or a text he gets an error on screen.When I did the restore, did the phone grab the old AT&T settings and tried to supplant them over the VZW settings?
Edit the second After an additional phone call with this employee, he was able to recieve a test message that I sent to him, but when he tried to respond, there wasn't an option for him to send the response that he had written, be it via my message, or by creating a new message.
BB Bold :: Device Suddenly Stopped Sending / Receiving
Jul 25, 2012i got the new phone about a week ago and the experience has not been good.after a rough start, i got it to work for a few days. it behaved what i expected it to be until about a day ago when all of a sudden it stopped receiving and sending messages.i power off, took off battery, etc and tried to reboot it - it didn't work. all settings seemed to be ok, what am i missing?

Jul 10, 2010Four days ago it just stops sending texts and calls. When I try to send an SMS a little red clock appears next to the message and then after a few minutes it says 'Retries Exceeded'. Whenever I place a call it immediately turns up 'Call Failed'.Then I realised I wasn't receiving texts/calls either.All my bills are up to date, Orange have checked twice now that there isn't a bar on my account, I have set it to 2G only and 3G only, neither did anything so it's back to 2G&3G, I've checked I'm connected to the right network, I have pretty much full signal. I can use BBM and 3G reliant apps such as Facebook but I cannot send/receive emails with either of my accounts.I've updated to the latest OS and I even fully wiped the handset. Done numerous battery pulls.
Tested my sim card in a friends Bold and I suddenly received dozens of unread text messages and numerous missed calls.Kind of worried right now, as I bought this second hand ages ago... it wasn't provided with my contract (which was an LG Arena that I sold to help pay for the Bold) and I have no insurance to speak of.
I'm heading to an Orange shop tomorrow to see what they say, but I've got an awful feeling it's done for and I'll have to cope with my old Nokia 3310 (it's not even colour screen!) for the next 6 months while I save up enough money to buy another Bold...
Please, please, please any help at all? I've been searching the forums and Google for days, but everyone who had this problem appears to have fixed it with battery pulls

I receive a number of legitimate business emails through MS Outlook on my laptop, although some may incorrectly come through labelled "bulk" in Outlook (i.e. an email sent from someone I know just to me). These same emails do not come through on my BB. My BB does otherwise receive emails. how to correct so I receive all emails on my BB. I am not on a BES.

There is no pattern to those I receive and those I don't.i have changed no settings on my phone and everything was normal 7-10 days ago. Yahoo initially told me to remove the Yahoo account on my phone, re-boot and then re-load the account. It's made no difference.I also have a business email set up on the phone which seems to be working fine.

BIS is set up to forward messages that do not meet filters.This just started happening today, I'm not receiving random emails! It's been working fine for weeks! So starting today, I would be in a conversation with someone, and I won't get a reply. That person sends me another email asking if I got his last email... coming back home and checking (Apple Mail) I realize I'm missing some other emails today as well. Again, some emails reach my Blackberry, others don't! No rhyme or reason as to why this is happening.

BB Bold :: 9780 - Receiving Notifications But No New Emails
Jun 28, 20129780/6.0.0.570. For the past 24 hours my emails have been coming through and I've been receiving the usual notifications via the message icon when they do. Trouble is, when I then click on my email account to read these messages, they are not there - the screen reads *no messages*. How I might be able to read my emails? I've done two battery pulls and have deleted and set-up my email account all over again - neither tricks have worked.
