View 3 RepliesI've suddenly stopped receiving emails on my Bold 9900 (3 accounts: Hotmail, Gmail and a school email). I'm not too sure when exactly it happened, but if i'm not mistaken it was soon after I set up my email accounts on my Playbook. I've tried all the common solutions like sending the service books etc.

When I try to delete anything in the inbox, it merely gives them a "yellow" star but does not remove them

View 5 Replies View RelatedAfter doing the upgrade this week, I notice there are some glitches. I can no longer send a photo to a BBM contact directly - Send to BBM group is an option, not BBM contact. I can attach a picture from BBM, but with small thumbnails it can be difficult.
Some of my apps like Popup, no longer work. Might be more..just slowly trying them out.
It just comes up with a huge red X and doesn't send then I try browser and that's buggering up as well. And I tried both emails and it says the same for both.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a blackberry bold 9700 and its been fine for a month or so, all of a sudden after it has been working fine in the morning it stopped calling and sending texts, i cant receive anything either.
BBM works fine, internet works fine and email its just the calls and texts in and out????
I have restored the phone and done all necessary updates but it still doesn't work, the SIM card is fine as ive put it in another phone and it does everything it should.
i got the new phone about a week ago and the experience has not been good.after a rough start, i got it to work for a few days. it behaved what i expected it to be until about a day ago when all of a sudden it stopped receiving and sending messages.i power off, took off battery, etc and tried to reboot it - it didn't work. all settings seemed to be ok, what am i missing?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a Bold 9900. Under "contacts" I have created a distribution list, mainly my baseball team so if a game is cancelled, I would like to address them all in one swoop. The problem is, only 8 out of 18 receive a text. I go to the "text message" icon, press the blackberry button on "compose text message". When it asks "To:" I select from my contact list, my baseball team.
Some of the entries on my list have an email address only while others have both. What do I have to do to successfully reach everyone on the list? Would it work better if it were only email or mobile addresses? Does it matter whether they are MTS or Rogers customers for their cell phones? Do I require to add 1+then the area code for the cell phone numbers?
i bought a blackberry bold 9900 but suddently stoppedwhat can I do? the phone is out of garanty, can i send the device directly to blackberry Canada?? is this possible?? or definitly i lost my money?

View 1 Replies View RelatedSo my boss tossed his phone at me chewing me out because it "doesn't work". I cycle the power and ask what's wrong, his phone will display that a new email has arrived it will download and it will read but once it is read the email disappears never to be found on the phone again. The message is still usable on the computer but for the phone it's 1 and done. I checked out the email options on both the computer and the phone and there's no auto archive to a pst or anything. I really don't want to reset to default because I'm sure there's "important" stuff on the phone that will lead to working over the weekend. The phone also will display missed calls (legit missed calls) but won't show who or when the call was missed.
View 8 Replies View RelatedSpanish Vodafone changed my BB 3 times, 2 9800 and now I have the 9900 but the follwing problem is not solved:When outside of Spain, BBM and emails should work with a WiFi connection, with data roaming disabled. It does not work on the above mentioned BB`s. Wifi itself works fine abroad and there are no problems in Spain. If I change the sim card into my Storm 2, all works fine abroad.
