My blackberry bold 9900 has all of a sudden stopped charging and when I plug it in it says that its says that the charging source cannot connect to the device. The led is flashing yellow, like its charging and in the battery symbol is either the fully charged plug symbol or two letter maybe C B And now my blackberry software is not responding on the computer because it says my blackberry is not connected.

my bb9900 is not very old (DOP- 26/11/2011) and i handle it very carefully. but few days back its screen went black, suddenly, for few mins and then again it became normal. since then it happens daily and atleast for a few times everyday.

When we put in the phone and start the battery skin we get a flash sign in the battery. So it start charging.[URL]..
But after 10 to 15 seconds it stops and we get the plug in battery..![URL]..It rufuse to chrage the battery. I removed all third party apps.

I already had problems with the blackberry charging pod, but that seemed to be a mechanical problem with the pod. It is poorly designed and the contacts are simply not properly connected.Now I have a charging problem with my new BMW snap-in adapter. The Blackberry is not charged. The phone's red light will not turn on when plugging in and another battery did not work. When you plug it in, the battery charging indicator in the middle of the screen will comeoup showing charging, but after 2 mins the icon disappears and the screen goes black. I have also tried connecting it withhout the battery to the desk top manager to update the software, but it says it cannot connect to device .

Reflashing the ROM
Wiping and Reflashing the ROM
Wiping and Reflashing the ROM, without ElementalX
Wiping and Flashing an older version
Wiping and formating of user data too + Reflashing
complete reset by doing fastboot oem lock/unlock
flashing of the factory image of Android 6
Each time the result is the same. When the phone was still running cyanogen I had adb while it was booting (that's no longer the case) and I saw nothing striking ... it would have one (pc) screen worth of log (logcat) and then nothing it would just stop. I couldn't spot anything in kernel logs either (dmesg/last_kmsg).
The recovery is working fine ... I was able to start an ssh server and use it... it's just android that won't boot.
My bold stopped working a few weeks ago, At first i thought it was the battery, Bought a new battery nothing happened. Next i thought it was the Charger, Bought a new one still nothing happened . Someone told me that the USB port was probably broken, And i can't get it fixed by tmobile cause the bold is a AT&T Phone . So a friend of mine told me to buy a charger dock on Amazon/Ebay , And the Phone will charge i just won't be able to put stuff on my phone through my Computer . Can anyone clarify that if i buy the dock it will work?, Also if it doesnt work at this point what should i do?

View 9 Replies View RelatedOver the last 24 hours i've notice my Xperia Z2's battery is draining very quickly, even when asleep. Even when it is plugged in charging, i keep getting messages saying the phone is unable to charge as it is using too much power. And previously i could charge the phone overnight fully, now it doesn't get close to 40%
In addition to this I've noticed it is kicking out a lot of heat at the top of the phone, and also i can no longer connect to the internet via wifi.
Everything else seems ok, and i have managed to back up my data to an sd card. I haven't added any new apps recently.
I've had the phone for less than a year and as far as i know it hasn't had any heavy drops or anything.
I have had a Blackberry Curve 9630 for just over a year now, and all of a sudden the square scroller/button has stopped selecting and when I try to scroll it doesn't move around as easily as it had done. Now my Blackberry keeps restarting itself and when it get to my background it doesn't let me scroll/select anything, it just reboots itself again. I have left the battery out for around 5 minuets and then put it back it yet the problem is still occurring. So I was just wondering what I can do to get my Blackberry fixed, it has a 2 year guarantee on it.
