View 4 RepliesI've suddenly stopped receiving emails on my Bold 9900 (3 accounts: Hotmail, Gmail and a school email). I'm not too sure when exactly it happened, but if i'm not mistaken it was soon after I set up my email accounts on my Playbook. I've tried all the common solutions like sending the service books etc.

I receive a number of legitimate business emails through MS Outlook on my laptop, although some may incorrectly come through labelled "bulk" in Outlook (i.e. an email sent from someone I know just to me). These same emails do not come through on my BB. My BB does otherwise receive emails. how to correct so I receive all emails on my BB. I am not on a BES.

There is no pattern to those I receive and those I don't.i have changed no settings on my phone and everything was normal 7-10 days ago. Yahoo initially told me to remove the Yahoo account on my phone, re-boot and then re-load the account. It's made no difference.I also have a business email set up on the phone which seems to be working fine.

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy 9900 is only a week old but has started behaving strangely. Sometimes it would stop ringing when a call comes but would show the name of the caller on the screeen. Picking up the call would result in the caller not hearing my voice. Once this happens , it would remain this way till I pull out the battery and restart it again. When in this situation , any outgoing call would also not work.
I've checked and I'm at the latest available update. (7.0.0 bundle 1346)
Couple weeks ago randomly stopped getting anything. It only comes through if I refresh them myself. It is driving me mad and I dont know what to do. I have battery pulled, deleted and reinstalled to no avail?

BIS is set up to forward messages that do not meet filters.This just started happening today, I'm not receiving random emails! It's been working fine for weeks! So starting today, I would be in a conversation with someone, and I won't get a reply. That person sends me another email asking if I got his last email... coming back home and checking (Apple Mail) I realize I'm missing some other emails today as well. I also have referenced these forums and have checked advanced options to delete any service books the say 'desktop' (I didn't have anything that said this). What now?

I have sent for the service books but that hasn't worked.
9780/6.0.0.570. For the past 24 hours my emails have been coming through and I've been receiving the usual notifications via the message icon when they do. Trouble is, when I then click on my email account to read these messages, they are not there - the screen reads *no messages*. How I might be able to read my emails? I've done two battery pulls and have deleted and set-up my email account all over again - neither tricks have worked.

I have not received calls, nor texts, nor emails for last 30 hours from others and calls go straight to voice mail. I have removed battery and rebooted with no resolution.

The RIM site states that the problem is resolved in the US, but I can't seem to get my mail accounts functioning again.

Is there any way to "pause" the receiving of emails while I am in the office, and then I can manually start receiving emails again once I am not at my desk, short of deleting and installing the account every time?
I received a message to verify my password email account, to continue receiving emails, so when I got into configure email, my account didn't show up, that's why I configure it and add it again. Since Thursday my BB9700 has not been receiving emails regularly. I may get one large batch if e mails a day . However I am getting face book notifications as normal. I have contacted my provider T Mobile who said there is an issue with the Blackberry server currently and they could not help. I have not heard anything about this is this true or are T mobile trying to pass the blame? I have not changed any settings on BB 9700, I am receiving the e mails on my desktop pc. Can someone please give me some advise on how I can resolve this issue/
