I am able to see only important mails in E-mail Icon and all the e-mail messages that comes can be seen only in message icon not in e-mail icon and in e-mail icon it is showing important at top only. I had checked cannot the filter also even if one can change it cannot be saved for further use. Please check, I have OS 6.0 bundle 2949 on my Bold 9780 with Airtel as service provider.

Till a few days back, everything was working perfectly but suddenly, some automatic change happened in the filters of both accounts, and I'm able to see only emails marked 'Important' in those icons. For all the other emails, I have to go to the 'Messages' icon.
When I check the Filter option for my gmail (or official mail) icon, I saw that it was default marked to 'Important'. I am able to change it to 'Inbox' and see my inbox emails temporarily but there's no option of saving that filter type. When I open my gmail (or official mail) icon the next time, I only see the 'Imporant' mails.
In my neo v, gmail is not showing new mails in notification bar but email notification is enabled in gmail settings. Checked after mecafee uninstallaed, still facing the same issue..
View 2 Replies View RelatedI just upgraded from a 8330 to the 9650. One of my favorite features of the 8330 was the "important calls" exception to the current profile. This was very useful because I work night shift and sleep during the day. I would set my phone to Quite and have my wife and parents listed under important calls because they knew not to call during the day unless it was an emergency.
Well I went to set this up in my new device and was shocked to see that it isn't there. Did RIM move the option somewhere else or is this very useful feature a thing of the past?
Also I don't just want to set a custom ringtone for them that will always override the current profile because sometimes I need my phone to be totally silent (i.e. in meetings). On the 8330 there was a check box that I could turn the exception on and off with.
When I delete aol mail from blackberry 8530i, handheld and mailbox, it REALLY gets deleted. It doesn't go into the aol "Trash" folder, it just disappears altogether, like it never existed, and does not appear from my PC.

Suddenly since a month I stopped getting incoming mails and getting only outgoing mails.I checked with my office IT person too and got a reply saying that things are fine from their place. So this seems to be either service problem or Blackberry problem. I walked into my service provider exclusive blackberry showroom and showed the handset, he too tried a lot and failed bouncing back its my office IT problem.

I have following three mail accounts configured with my device;
1) Enterprise/ Office Mail ID (Folder Named as Desktop)
2) Yahoo Mail ID (Folder Named as Yahoo)
3) GMail ID (Folder Named as GMail)
Now in the Messages, Yahoo & SMS Folders; I am only able to view the mails from office mail id. The Messages folder which ideally comprise of messages from all the folders shows only the messages of the Desktop. Similarly for the Yahoo Folder. I am even not able to view my SMS in the SMS & MMS Folder.
How can I delete multiple mails in a folder in 1 single operation?

View 5 Replies View RelatedOn my Blackberry bold 9000 since last night (approximately) I have not been receiving e-mails however I am still able to send e-mails.On the diagnostics check everything came back as yes apart from connected to e-mail, however this is the first time this has happened and I have confirmed that I have entered the correct log in details. Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening as I would have thought that if I wasn't connected to my e-mail account that I would not have been able to send e-mails? My inbox Is polluated by many messages that are already archived. Consequence : I don't use anymore m bby for gmail, I use m iPad. If I open an already archived message, this one desapeare from my inbox as soon as I close it. I did not have the pb on my old devices (9000, 9800, 9700).

I connected my BlackBerry with the wireless router it says that it's connected, but there is a dash and I can't activate the Internet nor getting mails.

I had to return this unit and received a refurbished one which I've been using for about 10 months with no issues but the windows update doesn't work.upon calling my carrier (Rogers), the guy told me they recommend I not update it from the handset rather I should do it through the PC.How important is updating the device? View 6 Replies View Relatedthis morning I took my phone off charge and it crashed like I'd taken the battery out but I hadn't.It got stuck on the O2 loading page and wouldn't turn on so took the battery out and it did the same thing getting stuck on the O2 screen. I found that if you turned it off and on with the power off button it would turn on.After it turned back on lots of the icons were missing, BBM, Browser, Facebook, Emails, Profiles icon (for changing from vibrate to silent etc) and other things that I can't remember just know there's more than that missing as the folders and menu are very empty.I can now get to BBM and the browser using the switch applications menu and they work fine so the applications don't need reinstalling the icons have just disappeared.
I've looked for them in the folders and checked the 'show all option' and changed the theme back to the original and still nothing. Also done lots of restars taking battery out and waiting etc. I haven't upgraded anything recently so can't have been that changing any settings.Also I don't have the cable to attach phone to the computer to back it up and reset to factory settings
Really hoping there's a different way as the applications are there and work fine just need to find the icons?
After i got my Windows Insider, I couldn't get my SIM - Card to work, so i read some of the forum threads and figured that since WP 1020 needed to reset the system to work properly i'd do that.
So i did.Problem was just, when i logged on my Windows Phone again, I couldn't find = Settings, Phone, Messages and several other features. My backup has gone missing too.
It's quite annoying I had important numbers in my phone just get randomly deleted. Does anyone know any info on if this is getting fixed?

I am receiving important emails on my Iphone 3gs that never show up on my computer. I need them on my computer. Is there a way I can be assured they will be received on my computer?Also, AT&T added a folder on my Iphone in the mailboxes called "synched messages". There was a problem that caused them to do this and stated we could delete the folder after we dealt with the emails they put in that folder. I do not find an option anywhere allowing me to delete the synched message folder.
